I'm so pissed off. I buy a code at Gamestop for the Rockstar Pass. When I get the chance to redeem it, guess what, the code is already in use. They sent me a fucking used code. How do you fuck up like that?
That's not even the worst part either. I call support and they can't help me because they are "Level 1" support and it requires "Level 2" support to help me. Only way to contact them is through email. So I contact "Level 2" support and tell them that when I go in-game to redeem the code it says it's already in use and can't be redeemed. Guess what the email response was?:

Started hard mode run, first 3 levels Grinds weren't counting and neither was RSC stats. Both started working at chapter 4. Should I worry about beating the game on hard and not getting completion status?

Don't worry, my stats didn't even got tracked till I got a new ISP (my old ISP had some stupid proxy servers we connect on which Rockstar Social Club didn't like). The conditions are stored locally on your save data.
Played on Hard first time with Rockstar Stats online are 0, still unlocked cheats and other modes. After that got new ISP and everything sync'd to my Social Club stats.
I don't know why we didn't just do FP as our tag. :v:

One of the later DLCs has a name that implies coop but nothing has been confirmed.
It will probably be very similar to the co-op pack that came out for Red Dead Redemption, which also makes sense since that had 'goals' and could be told with a storyline very easily.

I'm going to put on my overthinker pants for a bit and just share some stuff I've been thinking about when it comes to last chapter, One Card Left to Play and the soundtrack surrounding it. I think I tagged all the spoilers, [B]but I recommend reading this after you have beaten the Max Payne 3, and preferably, the series.[/B]
The soundtrack for the level clocks in at about 5 songs. A brief use of the Max Payne Theme at the start, transitioning to Future then to Tears, then to Finale and finally, Pain. I noticed the total amount of songs is 5 if you count the theme, which is funny seeing Max Payne as a series sort of embodies the 5 Stages of Grief. I also felt personally each fully used song sort of represented each game and the feelings they wished to inspire.
Future, for example, could represent Max Payne, a game solely about revenge and the underlying grief that spurs it. Tears sort of represents the sequel, and is mostly about the romances he wanted and the grief he suffered, and his wish to ultimately move on but not understanding how. Finale represents the third, and shows it's shift to vengeful action, but also Max finding peace, acceptance, and [sp]finally feeling he truly did some good ending the organ harvesting scheme and knowing Victor is gone.[/sp]. Pain represents the series close, and the brief use of the max payne theme at the start could just be reminding us of the sour, noir mood all of the games hoped to inspire.
Ultimately I had an excellent time with the series as a whole, and seeing a Max Payne 4 is unlikely, I'm glad I was able to experience this series. Take what I said above as random musing and discussion topics, I doubt Rockstar or Health put that much energy into the finale, and I just accept it as random and interesting possibly interesting coincidences and interpretations.

I just finished Max Payne 1 and 2 a few hours ago for the first time ever. Just got them and played through them over a week or so. I love summer.
