Max Payne Series - Megathread - Games

ive started thinking of a crossover between tony hawk's pro skater and max payne. here's what i've been thinking thus far: [i]"Mona's place was a closed down skatepark[...]"[/i] When falling and breaking bones you have to take painkillers to continue skating. And you use Boardtime™ to slow down time so you can pull off wicked sick tricks with ease. [I]"The genius of the combo: no matter how much time you spend racking up tricks, you can still fall in an instant."[/I] And Winterson is Max's grumpy mom who won't let him skate.

So I have this weapon sitting comfortably on my Monk in D3 that my brother got an eye on. He wants it and I say 'Trade it for Max Payne 3!' before going off to work. Guess what I just got.

The more I read the comics, the more I want a Max Payne prequel. Sure he won't be depressed and an alcoholic at that age, but he would still have the great comebacks and deep thinking remarks. Just get Sam Lake to model for Payne again, and it release on the next generation of consoles. That's the only way I see Max Payne 4 being released anytime soon. Then again it wouldn't be very soon.

So I finally got this. Still installing and I can't wait to dive with gun blazing and bullet time. Hell, it feels like an eternity since I played Max Payne 2.

Has anyone got that problem of trying to activate their key on Steam? I started the game fine but can't get pass the activation because its either the server can't be contacted or it says that I've run out of activations for the key. Already submitted a support request for it

Do you instantly unlock the M4 and all the Sao Paulo Police clothes when you buy the Local Justice pack, or do you have to level up to unlock them? I'm thinking about buying the DLC and i sure as hell don't feel like grinding a metric fuckton of levels...

Bought Max Payne 3 last night for 20 quid because it was 33% off. Got up this morning and it's down to 15 quid :suicide: On the bright side, I also awoke to find my friend had gifted me Max Payne and Max Payne 2.

Being stuck at initializing means you haven't automatically signed in to the social club. Hit Home and sign in.

I find the game difficult on Hard... Ugh, I've been affected by the Great 21st Century Difficulty Slump.

Guys, its done downloading :D Theres something wrong now. Every time I hit escape to go to the pause menu, the game freezes. Any fix?

Everything in this is great, my only complaint is Max could lighten up a bit.
