Was a little disappointed that there was no ending monologue but everything leading up to it was amazing. [sp]And Pasos isn't really a bad guy. Sure he was turning a blind eye to some of the bad stuff, and maybe profiting off some of it, but I think he was trying to lay low a little bit so that nobody would threaten Giovanna.[/sp]

Nope, first there was 5 dlc packs, all to be paid...but since the game flopped, they reorganized packs and now theres 3 packs (one is free, or the free one is fourth)

Really, Max Payne isn't all that well-known. When I first heard about the third game years ago from Game Informer, I was still pretty much in the vague knowledge of the series due to only seeing it a couple of times on TechTV (before the G4 merger).
It's no surprise that the game would go under the radar, as many games tend to do nowadays if they're not Call of Duty - how many folks even knew Ninja Gaiden 3 came out earlier this year? And for some reason, more than half the people who'd bother commenting on Rockstar's MP videos bitch and moan endlessly about Grand Theft Auto V, which only makes the lack of gamer attention for the title all the more glaring.
Which song is the one that plays at the intro Max Payne 3 splash screen?
I just found out today that if you kill the guy going down the zipline in the [sp]Panama Canal[/sp] mission, Max says a line about how he somehow managed to keep his hand steady.
And if you kill the 2nd guy going down the zipline all he says is "Not bad".
Maybe I'm late and other people have known about this for a while, but I just thought that it was neat.

Did anyone else get really frustrated when doing Chapters 13 and 14 in A New York Minute? I always thought Chapter 12 was going to be the biggest pain in the ass to play through because of the demolition part, but no, its these two chapters and now I am constantly getting stuck in that grenade launcher part in Chapter 14.
I haven't beat the police station on NYM minute yet. It's quite a payne in my ass.

Edit:Got it, Also kicked oatmeal out of the first place for the chapter. Unlimited bullet time here i come!
The best way to get points is to make sure you don't miss a shot. Get that hit streak up to 10x and platinum is really easy.

Today I finally reached level 50 in MP. Now I can have my Max squad.
I just need to get this out of my system. The final chapter (14) is the most illogical level of the whole game. To give the game credit, Max does mentions it near the end. [sp]So you are going after Victor and Becker before they fly off. Instead of going right to the hangars like Da Silva does, you decide it's best to go through the main entrance and kill a lot of cops before you even get near that hangar. It's a fun level but all that carnage could have been avoided.[/sp]
