We should try and get Facepunch made into a featured crew, most forums are featured and its the official Facepunch Crew, who should we contact about it?
FP Crew is invite only, I think only public crews can be featured.
Sent a request to the PC Facepunch crew. Not sure if i'll bother with the Crew or Social Club stuff, but what the hell - it won't hurt, eh? :v:
If anyone is in the Reddit or 4chan crew, leave it so their numbers drop lul
What is this leak? Just out of curiousity.
Also why have we not unlocked the 50 members Acomplishment?
What is this leak? Just out of curiousity.
Probably the same type of "leak" that happens every time a big game comes out. Someone managed to convince a retailer to give them a copy a week before release and then that person uploaded it to some torrent site. That is, if you are referring to the 360 leak, but that's the only one that I'm aware of.
I hope the PC version is adequately modifiable, perhaps even enough to the point where someone could make some kind of map where we can screw around with the physics. Or maybe a GTA IV Simple Trainer type thing. Shame my puny 2.3 GHz dual core will probably crumble underneath this game's weight, but it would still be nice to have.
Sent request for crew. Might as well.

Maybe a few basic weapon or skin mods.
Welp, just cleared Max Payne 2. Good game, had some issues occasionally but nothing big. [sp]Vladimir[/sp] was a pushover, and using quick saves to figure out enemy positions and timing and then loading to minimalize damage really trivialized the difficulty. Got me hyped for Max Payne 3, though.
I'm watching Hard Boiled right now, the Warehouse scene fires me up everytime. The Killer is next on my list, it looks great.
Got Max Payne 1 running, it's still as intensely fun as years ago.
Got Max Payne 1 running, it's still as intensely fun as years ago.
I'm currently playing it for the first time, myself. For such a dark game, it's has some hilarious moments. I hope Max Payne 3 follows that.
I just requested to join the FP crew under the name kitthehacker. Can't wait for this game, it's Max Payne, so the story and single player are obviously going to be incredible, and online should be fun as hell.
Does anyone know if I have to play Max Payne 1 and 2 to understand the story in the third? I have played MP2 but I didn't really follow the story that well.
Just go back and play MP1. It's one of the best games out there and definitely worth your time.
Charlie Brookers confirmed on his twitter that the TV Shows are back. [editline]14th May 2012[/editline] He's also said that the game over screen is awesome, and that the game is awesome.
Has it been said how long the game is?
Has it been said how long the game is?
Someone whipped out 20 - 25 hours. I call horse shit.
Someone whipped out 20 - 25 hours. I call horse shit.
The game seems to be pretty hard so s/he probably counted in the deaths. And died a lot. Anyway, someone over NeoGAF is calling the aiming clunky and slow which is the only thing I'm afraid right now; the newer R* certainly haven't got the best aiming controls. There's supposedly a wealthy amount of sensitivity and other control settings so I guess it can be mostly fixed with fine tuning. Or so I hope. Talking about the console version obviously. The mouse controls are probably good. Hopefully I won't end up regretting buying the X360 version more than I should
Has it been said how long the game is?
13 Levels, that's all we know for certain.
Someone whipped out 20 - 25 hours. I call horse shit.
The playthrough at Game Anyone is just under eight hours long. I've only watched bits and pieces though so I don't know how the guy playing is or if they skip any parts, which I kinda doubt.
/r/'d invite for the crew, same alias as here (imadaman)

Both of the ~8 hour walkthroughs say "This guide is currently in-progress." Oh and, anyone know if they show the last kill or something in cinematic slow motion in multiplayer, like in the single player? Would be a nice touch.
Just finished Max Payne one yesterday night. Just the problem of finding the second one. Chances are i'll buy the Third one on friday since i have the money. Enjoyed the first one alot.
Just the problem of finding the second one.
Don't waste your money. Max Payne 2 does do some things better than the first, but the lack of that face from the first game really does ruin the immersion and ultimately makes it a terrible game.
..."that face"?
..."that face"?
Sami Järvi (aka. Sam Lake) makes me moist. And you can't deny the fact that he has the same effect on you as well.

At this point I really don't trust Rockstar's PC games, so I will play it safe and buy Max Payne 3 for Xbox 360.

Oh yeah... "That" face.
