I want them to release a completely bullet-timed trailer, showing how pretty the game is, how glass shatters, bullets hitting heads and so on.

They announced about a week ago that they would release a trailer for the PC version.
And I really hope rockstar haven't laid out another false promise. They said early morning US time, and it still is right now, so if not in a few hours, we can start worrying.

So my Max Payne decided to come not duel weilding guns but 1 gun and a teddy bear holding a football.
its 4:50 where Valve is based, I wouldn't expect the pre-load to be up until earlier afternoon EST

His right hand you can the one you can see with the teddy bear yeah, the other one I just tried now and yeah you can, but that ones rather awkward to get to cause of his jacket(which can easily be moved slightly as it's not literally solid plastic)
