They only rated you dumb because you complained about being rated dumb. But yeah, for the most part raters on Facepunch are idiots who use the most popular rating to base their opinion on you. You asked a valid question and I have no idea why people are acting like they are, so this is pretty much a prime example of the stupidity this rating system has caused.

If i remember correctly, VALVe used certain checkpoints to activate music on their maps. You could put these checkpoints around the map and once people walk through them, a song is activated. You should also make it that a checkpoint cannot be activated while a song is playing. That piece of code is not within my skills, but just a piece of advice thar.

Everything goes fine, but muzzle flashes.
I can't get them on the end of the barrel position for shit. I have tried EVERYTHING.
Creating new bones, using attachments, and shit.
When I have created a new attachment in QC it didn't work either.
When I have checked in HLMV weapon does not have this attachment.
Also I got epic ammounts of heroic help from Markworth.
Basically the guys that hit you with dumb markings, are the real dumb ones, if they were not, they would of given you some valid explanation, but did not have an answer themselves. These Typical teenagers or kids would rather play games all the time instead of improving this ecconomy by the time their past legal. In any event, when a Typical human sees failure in the name, they will not accept that, and use that to their advantage for their own self enjoyment. It is not right those that rated you dumb, because I am pretty sure your not special needs like I really am, you would see how I am rated on my previous posts. Sadly it has gotten so bad on this site, whenever someone is looking for an answer in general, they often are riddiculed and slapped with a dumb rating. There was this kid on here who seriously needed help at his junior high school, and after everyone was rude to him here, he never came back, God only knows if he did not commit suicide in real life because of this Neurological Typical attitude.
Since you look like your going to offer some modding skills, those Typical jurks do not care about what your providing, The very least, be glad Typical people only are too lazy and only use the dumb button, otherwise they will have to take extra time to type up an original paragraph of riddicule out of the many others who only see wrong instead of right.
Failure, I don't know if you work in any retail, or resturaunt, or contractor service, but Typicals will always have more bad reviews of buisness then good, the only exception is the entertainment industry. So do not be surprised if the kids that rated you dumb here DL your stuff, without knowledge or care of the author, just be aware if they do not like your modding afterward, you must accept people will use the dumb rating, in any event. Its not like your alone on this, even the biggest names in the country get shunned; even Seth Macfarlane has had some nasty stuff written and said about him, and hes a millionaire. Its just you do not want to fight those teenage punks who cut out in front of you on the road, and I hope we do not have those past 21 still typing away at this site, focusing on when they can find someone to press the dumb button on, caring only about gaming and social networking instead of today's ecconomy, otherwise our society really has a problem, but this place is face punch for a reason.

There's a c_HL2MPRagdoll class in there that you'll need to add that to. Just replace SDK with HL2DM in that little tutorial.
Wah, seems like switching the explosion effect to source 2 particle system is not that easy.
A quick video showcasing my first map.
1) I don't know what the fuck is going on with physgun, it's idle animation is somehow fucked up.
2) The shotgun is one of the deadliest weapons.
3) The crossbow get's replaced by AW50, therefore the crossbow bolt model is changed, and it no longer ricochets off walls and shit, but I haven't tried shooting it because 1/4 Life's muzzle update broke mah weapon and it crashes THE GAME now.
Actually that's even good, since I'd rather copy the existing crossbow and make a new weapon.
As you can see the muzzle flash on shotgun is semi fixed, it's placed on player's screen but a it needs tweaking aka moving it forward. But that's actually very good, earlier the muzzle wasn't even bound to screen and it was rotating who fuck knows how.
4) First person death - the code had an option to switch to third person when ragdoll was close to something to prevent view clipping, but I didn't liked that, I prefeer view clipping.
5)Bullet impacts - thanks to Empty Shadow for letting me use them. ( Sparks done by me, yes I love insane ammounts of sparks with collisions , although I don't like the impact flash it needs to be smaller )
6)Player models - currently there is a random combine soldier replacement that is well, a combine soldier but with added gas mask, and some gear and kevlar and shit.
The police model is replaced by fallout 3 power armor.

Yeah I'm an idiot that reworked most of superweapon particles in Blitzkrieg 2 the finest hour mod, now I'm working at my own source mod on my own - any coding I add are tutorials and help, but atleast I'm not acting like some internet tough guy.
