How did you get Aigis and Koromaru higher level than the protagonist?
I don't know. Also, last night I killed the guardian on the Yabbashah (what in the world is this name?) block, Fanatic Tower, at level 26. My party: Me / Narcissus: Ta/Ra/Sukunda Akihiko: Sonic Punch and only that, this boss reflects almost all attacks, minus Wind and Strike. Mitsuru: Diarama on who needs.
I bought the Summer Skydress for Aigis expecting hilarious ROBOT BIKINI ACTION, and was disappointed to find it was just the dress she's wearing when you meet her. Also i'm on [sp]January 17th[/sp], so I think i'm close to the end. Roughly what level do I need to be to [sp]Fight Nyx[/sp]? I always seem to be underlevelled... [editline]14th August 2012[/editline] Don't do what I do and neglect characters; some of the later bosses are a lot easier if you can pick the a party that is strong against it and can exploit its weaknesses, rather than just rolling with the same 4 characters. That said, Aigis, Yukari and Junpei fo lyfe. I only started using Junpei again after [sp]Chidori died[/sp], and my god high counter is the most useful fucking thing.
I don't use the same guys all the time, the thing is, P3 gives a lot less EXP than P4. If you start a new dungeon on P4, the top floor of that dungeon (minus the last floor) will give high EXP, so you'll need like 10 battles to level up. Here, killing guardians on Tartarus and Full Moon bosses rarely makes you level up, I gain about 90~230EXP for each battle, I need (now) 1556 EXP. Worse, Koromaru is level 34, to level 35, he needs 5143 EXP. I guess I was spoiled by P4.
You'll get tons of exp if you beat the Reaper and go into the area that's unlocked when you beat him.
Also and [editline]14th August 2012[/editline]
You'll get tons of exp if you beat the Reaper and go into the area that's unlocked when you beat him.
Not really a good idea at a low level.
Roughly what level do you have to be to kill him?
70 is pretty much bare minimum, but that depends on how strong your personas are.
Also and [editline]14th August 2012[/editline] Not really a good idea at a low level.
I wish I found those and the P3 School outfits on my first run of P4G, but they weren't for sale where most of the other outfits are.. Ill have to try to find them again in NG+.
Roughly what level do you have to be to kill him?
The Reaper cannot follow you to the stairs that lead to the next floor, which makes the stairs a safe haven from the reaper. Unless the party is Lv.70 or higher, The Reaper will be an almost impossible opponent. Also I managed to 'meet' the Reaper at 4th floor on Tartarus, at level 3. Talk about luck...
So I just found out that since the AI in story mode always runs at you at the start of a round, and then almost never block IKs, you can just gold burst at the start of the round, and then IK them. Every battle in story mode now takes 5 seconds. Full VN status achieved.
i never knew about the reaper, until i asked my friend what the skulls on the cards during chance time meant now every time fuuka says "there's no enemies on this floor" i'm like GET TO THE FUKKEN STARES
But it's not a strategy game.
well the closest thing I could think of is turn based strategy role playing game so I don't know what to call it if its not that. Also I just got killed by the fucking mirror shadow and now I have to start all over fffffffffff and I'm stuck with using Yukari even though I completely ignored her while exploring tartarus god damn it game
Guess who's back: [t]https://dl.dropbox.com/u/7211550/Images/Gaems/DSC_0187.jpg[/t] Funny thing is, I defeated two Champion Knights (lvl 40) and got over 1k EXP. I guess I was crying for nothing. Also you guys should watch this. Again.
i've noticed that in p3, your party members won't leave tartarus, the day before a full moon, even if they're tired is it a bug or is intentional?
Did Atlus reprint all of their PS2 SMT titles or did they find a lost warehouse or something? Because Amazon has Persona 3 FES and Persona 4 for an actually non-bonkers price for a new copy.
you can get persona 3 fes on the psn store for $9.99 i just wish persona 4 was on there as well
you can get persona 3 fes on the psn store for $9.99 i just wish persona 4 was on there as well
Well, I've already bought a PS2 copy of FES (since I only have a PS2), I'm just wondering why I'm seeing both of those for $20 instead of the $30-40 it used to be at. Not that I'm complaining.
P4 Spoilers I guess: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/12721884/P4vP4G/7785614032_6f2ce5c413_b.jpg Well, I guess its about that time...
Guess who's back 2: Weak against Wind Boogaloo Edition [t]https://dl.dropbox.com/u/7211550/Images/Gaems/DSC_0188.jpg[/t] [editline]15th August 2012[/editline] [t]https://dl.dropbox.com/u/7211550/Images/Gaems/DSC_0189.jpg[/t]
That said, Aigis, Yukari and Junpei fo lyfe. I only started using Junpei again after [sp]Chidori died[/sp], and my god high counter is the most useful fucking thing.
The only problem with high counter is fighting enemies who use physical attacks and are healed by them. I was using Thor with high counter and maxed out strength, fought an enemy like that and every time it attacked, I countered it and it got getting healed by 300.
I use PCSX2 to play this game since my PS2 is with my cousin and I need to know something. How do I transfer my saves to another computer? Do I just move the files from the memcard folder to the memcard folder in the other computer?
I burst out laughing when Aigis started calling me "Jack-Ninja" By the way, if you've got a psp with custom firmware, you can totally stream your psp's screen to your pc. 's what I do. It's a bit laggy, but for using it with procaster to livestream the game it's great. [editline]15th August 2012[/editline] See?
Aye, but I play on my PSVita, so no can't do. Well, at least I didn't find a way to do that.
Guess who my least favourite character is. Also, this persona right here is fucking badass as hell. Uber-powerful basic melee attacks, uber-powerful multi-target fire attacks, and just in case I ever fight someone who's immune to both of those, he's also got a unique attack that's a much more powerful Megidolaon. And if my party ever gets low on health, he's got a move that fully heals the whole party and gets rid of any debuffs on them. Plus, after every battle, Victory Cry completely refills my 999 HP and SP, so I can stay in Tartarus pretty much indefinitely without having to use the clock to heal (except for occasionally refilling my allies SP).
It is the ultimate star persona iirc, it's supposed to be pretty badass :v: I think I never got any ultimate personae. I just overleveled the fuck out of everything to survive.
What the hell, Luck 95? Not even Lucifer on P4 gets so high. Also Vita *highfive*
What the hell, Luck 95? Not even Lucifer on P4 gets so high. Also Vita *highfive*
I used a fair few of those "X of wands" cards you get for doing well on tests to boost up his magic skill, and they give +1 luck per card as well. Aww yeah Vita bros. I can't wait for Golden. Hopefully it actually comes to Australia, unlike Arena.
Hey guys, uh, does Aigis' social link count as a romantic relationship? Because i've maxed Yukari, and started talking to both Mitsuru and Aigis... I figured Aigis' relationship would be cooky crazy "learning to be human" shit, but I think it's turning romantic, and apparently Mitsuru will get mad if I see another girl. Also
http://megamitensei.wikia.com/wiki/Aigis Social Link The Protagonist can also date Aigis in Persona 3: FES, and Persona 3 Portable. Aigis represents Aeon Arcana, an exclusive Social Link FES where the Protagonist can access it after December 30th, [sp]where Aigis returns from the Kirijo Laboratory for repairing after her battle with Death.[/sp] Unlike other SEES female members, the Protagonist does not require any prerequisite in either Academics, Charm, or Courage to date Aigis. Aigis will not get mad at the Protagonist for dating another female.
I used a fair few of those "X of wands" cards you get for doing well on tests to boost up his magic skill, and they give +1 luck per card as well. And add me on PSN.
Tanaka's social link is funny as hell.
Man, as I get closer to January 30th... Atlus really know how to amp up the drama and tension. [sp]All the fucking music changing, all the characters getting worried, the whole town's atmosphere changing... they've really done a fucking incredible job of making you feel like "yep... this is it"[/sp]
[sp]Memories of the (School/City) and Living with Determination -Iwatodai Station Arrange- are probably the best background music when in the school / city / dorm.[/sp]
What the hell, Luck 95? Not even Lucifer on P4 gets so high. Also Vita *highfive*
The funny thing is, I'm pretty sure Helel IS Lucifer, before he fell from heaven or whatever.
The funny thing is, I'm pretty sure Helel IS Lucifer, before he fell from heaven or whatever.
Yeah, two forms: Helel is the actual angel, Lucifer is the fallen angel. I'm now on September and [sp]Aigis decided to go school[/sp], that can't be that bad, can it? [editline]15th August 2012[/editline] [t]http://inhereitalkabout.files.wordpress.com/2012/08/dsc_0190.jpg[/t]
Fanatic Tower
Heh, I was looking around that wiki and came across the Messiah persona's page. It states this: "Pre-Christian savior figures similar to Jesus have also been suggested, including Attis, Krishna, Dionysus, Mithra and, most notably, Horus. Buddha's story, including the sacrificial cross, are parallel to Jesus Christ's and are older than the Christ story like the other figures." I find that rather funny because Mithra is the persona I sunk a shit load of effort into turning into my ultimate persona. It had 99 in every stat except luck which was still like 93 and had the high level multitarget spells for two elements and the single target spell for one as well as Megidola. And all this at only level 54. By the end of the game the only persona I ever really used in conjunction with Mithra was Surt for his unique fire spell.
