I don't know how all that permission crap works but if I use an endereye on someones ender chest in their claimed land I still wont be able to open it right?

Stuff like that probably won't pass the admin-check. I mean, sure, it has the required wool, but it sure doesn't look as something that would float, let alone sail.

It just requires 15% of it to be wool and have whatever it needs - goose added this plugin so that you wouldn't have to ask him to constantly make ports.

I guess I will stick with actual boats then.
