I hate to say it, but this is the quickest I've seen the server die off since I started playing.

I don't speak for everyone, but big constant wars make me a lot less likely to play, because I'm not in high school and don't have limitless free time, and if I have to worry about my faction getting turned to ash every time I play, it just makes it a losing venture for me. The reason I think most people aren't playing has a lot less to do with RB, and a lot more to do with all the new shit that came out, and the total lack of new shit for Minecraft.

yeah, every single time I've looked at the server it's had 0 players. I'm waiting for the ice wizard event (but even then, my faction leader went bonkers and burned down our base.)

Do you have to worry about your faction getting turned to ash every time you play? Does it just make it a losing venture for you? Are constant wars making you less likely to play? Seriously. stop trying to justify him coming back. He never will. If that is seriously the reason why everyone has left, then I don't care. But it's not, so just drop it and stop derailing the thread constantly about it. I'm not playing minecraft right now because the new update has spoiled it for me, or I'm busy with other things. It's how it is. I'm so sick of people making it out to be the end of the world and that it's such a terrible thing and it's the server's fault or my fault for the lack of inactivity. People get bored of minecraft. Accept it. When people want to come back and play, they will, and I'll keep the server up as long as I can to allow that. Stop telling me what to do, who to unban, and why you think the server is "ded". I don't care anymore. Play or don't play. If you want to just complain all the time that the server is "dead", while not playing yourself, then you're just part of the problem you're complaining about. I can't force people to play. This server has always been about self responsibility. It is what you make it. I can do events once and a while, but I don't have time nor the willpower to do them all the time. And if you grind your way to the top by finding the most efficient way to get items, gear, and xp, that you finally get everything you need, then it's your fault you're bored, not mine, nor the server's. Take Iron Cross for example. They built a tiny base in the sky and just sat there and then acted like the server is a bore now. Well duh. If you fucking try to make it boring it IS going to be boring. I can only do so much. If you guys played it realistically without pouring over stat sheets and calculating the time it will take for you to get the correct amount of xp to get the best armor in the game, MAYBE you'll have a little more fun with it. Stop hyping yourself up for war and then complaining when there isn't one. I never said that there will be wars all the time. That was YOUR assumption, and you created those expectations. I can't say sitting around in a sky base is living it up.
