ummm when did you start playing in closed beta?
most of the people who are ranks 40-50 have been playing since the start of closed beta which was back in november before the big game remake happened.
I'd buy voice packs if you could get a heavy voice on a medium, or a medium voice on a heavy, etc.
but frankly, the new ones are just cringeworthy.
Do you have multiple loadouts per class? How did you name them?
I have 2 as Technician: Combatician and Repairician
also 2 as Doombringer: Hofburger and Defburger
What's up with so many people whining about hit-scan and auto weapons all of a sudden? I haven't heard anyone complain about them a week ago and now there's always "that guy" who doesn't stop complaining.
I'm so sick of people whining about weapons.
most people that complain about autos are people who started playing when steam picked the game up.

The only XP that counts towards ranking up is the base xp that you get by playing matches, I think it's entirely based on the amount of time spent playing. The bonus xp, vip, boost and rewards don't contribute anything to your rank.
Basically, if you want to be a high rank, you just need to play a lot.
I don't see the problems with most autos.
X1 is a bit on the strong side, but eh.

it would be sweet if they removed orbital strikes so that ultra kills and team kills were actually impressive since they didn't just require a lucky strike + retarded enemy team

there's so much other cool shit they could do, especially if they did deployables like forcefields and turrets as call-ins to cut down the class-reliance

Maybe rise the cost of the tact strike, remove orbital and add some new one?
no tactical period, replace them with something like an aoe jammer for a limited time or target laser

or at least make it a team wide cooldown, lose credits when dying, higher cost for tactical, etc.
I'd think it would be pretty cool to have replacements for your strikes that can be bought with XP.
Things like temporary invincibility for base turrets (5000), a radar scan that reveals all enemies on the map for 20 seconds and jams their radars for 10 seconds (4000) and a pinpoint EMP blast that disables turrets/fields for a while (3000).

well something like a ray that jams all deployables, mines and stuff in an area would be good since i see people mainly use strikes to clear the stand

the only(that I noticed in the kill feed) non call-in team kill I ever saw was a brute spamming fractals on kata :/

Man, impact nitrons are terrible for speed now. If you're capping, explosive nitrons are the way to go.
Explosive nitrons are amazing now, you can use two in a row and that gets you to ~300 sanics instantly if you land them well.
