I've seen people place turrets right in front of entrances with a well-hidden mine. It seems to be effective, but if the turret gets destroyed there isn't much you could do.

Anyone think the brute weapons should be swapped around? Perhaps reduce the damage on the gladiator to make it better suit a secondary?
It would be awesome otherwise, but spinny+gladiator combo might be overkill.
With Quick draw, you could do over 2k burst in a second.
That's what I was wondering about, the gladiator definitely not as good as the HBS as a primary but it would be overpowered as a secondary :/
Well,I have found out that altering the slightest thing within Tribes;Ascend will make it crash.
No matter what,it WILL crash.
Nothing is more satisfying than playing Sentinel and picking people off when they jetpack too high.

I found out about bestgamers after seeing this last year...actually i had a good laugh after checking their forum

They are also responsible for one of the greatest troll vids of all time concerning their minecraft 1.0 update video.
Which contained nothing but actual cold hard facts and true in game footage (unlike all their other vids which is just them getting everything wrong on purpose to make butthurt fans more pissed off).
