Pretty sure you can just use an achievement manager to unlock it.
But what's the fun in getting achievements if you're not achieving anything?
Why do people enjoy this game so much? I'm not putting the game down or anything, I really enjoyed it the times I played it, but after a couple of weeks, it got repetitive and boring. So, what keeps you guys coming back time and time again? It's just I always see the Killing Floor thread on page 1 consistently, so it must have a large playerbase. Last time I played was a good year and a half ago (I think), way way back. Has much changed to make it more enjoyable?

Perk grinding keeps me playing for the most part. That and achievements, although due to someone at Tripwire, I've got a handful of achievements I'm never going to be able to get. THANKS TRIPS
I can't get a map achievement. Every time I get to the 11th wave the game freezes, the result being all zeds and players drift to one side of the map as thought they're heavily magnetised. Was really angry when that happened on HoE!
I want to get the Reaper (even tho I doubt I'll ever play him) but some achievements from this update just won't unlock. Rippin' It Up, Creepy Crawlies, I Am Become Death and Fiery Personality, to be exact. Does anyone else have this problem?

Urgh I've gotten all the gnomes like 3 times and it just won't fucking trigger what is going on
I actually have all 4 of those ones, but different ones weren't working for me. Namely, Trench Warfare and Historical Remnants.
Trench Warfare is bugged for me. Sometimes it counts, sometimes not. Historical Remnants works only with MKb42, I guess (tried it before with Tommy Gun with no result, however taking MKb42 did the trick)
Cooperation is what makes me stick with KF. The players of this game must play together to win (except the typical trolls). Is pretty hard for me getting the Rippin' It Up achievement, when each bullet of the M99 cost 250 (even being a LV6 sharp and playing on easy is hard to get enough ammo).

Play on Beginner solo, play with inexpensive equipment, - LAR, shotgun, M4, whatever - at around wave 5 or so, swap to sharpshooter and buy an M99. Don't bother buying extra ammo for it, just pick up all the ammo cases you can find. As soon as you spot a Husk, line some random zed up with it and drop it. Use your pistol to clear everything else, if you're level 6 you probably won't have to headshot anything smaller than a husk.
Did anyone else's perks crap out? I can't enter the workshop or check my achievements either. [editline]p[/editline] Nevermind, it's just the Steam servers being flaccid testicles again.
Honestly, I got the achievement while doing like 3 or 4 others. That includes changing perk and buying new weapons like every wave. [editline]25th October 2012[/editline] Gah, automerge.
getting mixed feelings on this update, not sure what to think
Cool weapons, hillbilly horror is pretty cool not cool with the weapons dlc but I can forgive tripwire if they make the price $4 permanently and never release another paid content dlc again. (Cosmetics are fine, just not weapons or maps or whatever)
Off-topic : Did someone ever complained about the siren scream? Because, whoever listened to that following siren's scream might rest in peace.
I heard that at first it was louder than now. I´m the only one who thinks that the Crawlers now jump faster?
They seem to, I find them a bit more difficult to deal with.
I bought this on sale. I don't know, but I personally found this a bit too easy - On my second game I was playing on Impossible and no-one died at all. It was still fun, but it never had any of those awesome 'last man standing' moments. The British aesthetic is super awesome though.

Those are new world full of fun things to try.

Back in my day, bullpup and pump shotty WERE the high teir guns! i'm running into a lot of people who literally don't know how to play the game. they just die repeatedly. [editline]25th October 2012[/editline] it's like a free weekend but not really.

[editline]25th October 2012[/editline] it's like a free weekend but not really.
I gave a guy who joined 2000 pounds, he died in first minute of the wave and ragequit. I'm levelling up my Firebug on Normal cause he's just level 2, but I really wonder why would someone with 6th level go there, it's so easy it gets boring with high level perks. People don't even cooperate there, it's just competing for who has the most kills.
Just bought both new dlc's and one extra weapons pack just in case.
You guys must be joining the wrong servers, I've been playing level four medic on normal and people cooperate just fine.
I played today a normal with a pal, we both are familiar with the game but we wanted to level up our firebug a bit. So, the other 4 guys were lvl0 medics and sharpshooters with Mac-9s and dual deagles. One even asked how to weld a door :v: fun times.
Is it just me or does the Tommy Gun (and I think the MKB44 as well) not count towards stalker kills?
You guys must be joining the wrong servers, I've been playing level four medic on normal and people cooperate just fine.
The level of cooperation goes up considerably as you go up through the difficulties, the roots are there in lower difficulties but most people still have the me first team 2nd mentality which is present until you get into hard difficulties, from there on in the game takes on a different persona. (suicidal and HoE are fairly similar) It comes with learning the game and what not so im not too fussed about it most of the time. KF on the whole has a fantastic player base which makes the game great, thats partly because it's relatively obscure and unknown amongst the CoD / BF people. (i generalize because the BF community is the only one i know of and it's a fucking horrible cancer that destroys what fun there is in that game but that's for another thread entirely)

Just imagining knifing them in their crouch is hilarious enough.
