The game freezes in the main menu, tried verifying files and it didn't do anything, help

I personally find it still playable (probably because I still play on normal), but I still keep my Windows copy installed just in case something happens that makes it unplayable.

if they start acting like that call them out for cheating and using SAM instead of earning their perks properly
because chances are if they're like that that's probably what they did

Was playing on Moonbase as Medic. Doin' the doo-doo with this Support and roaming the map. We come around to the big room with the tall ceilings and he unloads his AA12 while jumping up to the trader area. He gets lodged in the ceiling like Robin Williams in Jumanji and pisses off a Scrake and a Fleshie.
I died.
Moonbase is a lot more difficult than I thought it would be.

In SAM you used to be able to (I don't know if you still can) change stat numbers, for things like how much melee damage you've dealt. So you could put melee damage dealt to 5.5 million and instantly become level 6 Berserker, or healing done to 5.5 million and instantly be level 6 medic.

I love using the LAR and M14 combo, but the mk23 and bow is just as effective.
It's all down the personal preference, map, and team roll out.
Gotta love how you can now sell fire axes for 750 but they are still a very common find.
Since this last update, multiplayer has become unplayable for me. In every server, even when I have 50 or 60 ping, all of my attacks are delayed by half a second and enemies will teleport around. I have made sure that it's not my firewall or anything.
Anyone else have this problem?

The Z.E.D., if is used by 3 or more players agaisnt the Patriarch, it can be pretty OP.
I love low gravity, you can run easily from enemies having a shotgun.

There is something with that map alongside hellride that always make me crash.
