Haha, holy shit, weld speed for 6 support is 150%, that must be nearly instant.
Haha, holy shit, weld speed for 6 support is 150%, that must be nearly instant.
Not quite, but it's still very fast.
Haha, holy shit, weld speed for 6 support is 150%, that must be nearly instant.
When there's nothing banging on the other side it's pretty quick, when there is, you can never weld fast enough :v:
It has plenty of utility. -Can stun scrakes -AOE damage -Variable power -No reload -Infinite range, provided you can aim It has more utility than the flamethrower I'd say. It trades some of the flamethrower's power and hallway clearing ability for more utility in areas the flamer lacks.
It's like the 6 supports with AA12's and 6 Xbow Medics, A great patriarch load out. I fail to see it's use outside of wave 11 though, sure it has some nice benefits, but there's no escaping the fact that the firebug is a trash clearing class and it excels at it, the husk launcher sacrifices quiet alot of that ability (and durability) to give FB something that is ultimately redundant. Have fun fucking about with around with it by all means because there's nothing really wrong with it aside from the fact that you're gonna be fairly redundant most of the time.

It lets you cover more of your team's flaws than the flamer does.
Here's a question, why isn't the Xbow in the same price percentage drop system as all the other sharpshooter weapons? Is it because you can eventually drop with it?
It would be overpowered if they were to do that. I mean, £120 for a crossbow? That's a pretty good pound to power output. Too good to reduce price, too heavy to increase it. Same with the LAR.
It may be just me and my shitty selection of servers but it seems anywhere I go, I always get permabanned or kicked.
If you see a server running named "Eggnog", that would be me hosting a listen server. And I only kick people if they're being fucking idiots.
Do you only get healing money with the syringe gun or do the rifle darts give it to and I'm just not noticing?
Do you only get healing money with the syringe gun or do the rifle darts give it to and I'm just not noticing?
Both syringes and darts do give you money, no matter what perk you are playing as.
I need some loadout suggestions for a level 6 Sharpshooter whose looking to play on Hard, Suicidal, and HoE. I mostly tend to stick to hard/long games, using one of the purchasable pistols for trash specimens and the crossbow for harder stuff, but I know Suicidal and HoE ramp up the Flesh Pounds Crossbow Resistance, so I figure I might as well learn to adapt instead of just applying the same old loadouts over and over.
Holy shit using the hunting shotgun down a hallway of zeds is the most satisfying thing ever.
I enjoy when you just watch like, ten light zeds just drop dead.
Holy shit using the hunting shotgun down a hallway of zeds is the most satisfying thing ever.
About as satisfying as shooting at a surrounded team mate with M32 and clearing the swarm around him. with a single shot.

Then use the M14 or Magnums if you run out of ammo or you're in a tight spot.

Train a bit to be able to clear them before they reach you (hint: you have to fire fast and not miss their head)
Is there a Facepunch server or no?
Is there a Facepunch server or no?
AFAIK there's not. There used to be, though.
Not really, no. Most of us just play public servers, I think.
Well there is my servers, though they don't see much use except for when there's an event.
Even though I've owned KF since the TF2 promo, I didn't start playing until Christmas 2012. I've wasted so much time not playing it since it's so fun but I fear that when the Christmas event ends, It's gonna be hard for me to recognize the zeds without their Christmas skins.

I think the Gorefast is one of them but I don't remember their names. Also, Do you guys think the Community Weapons Pack is worth it for fans of the game?
Also, Do you guys think the Community Weapons Pack is worth it for fans of the game?
Only if its on sale, I mean $8 for 4 community made weapons is...kinda asking a bit much. Weapons-wise: I mostly enjoy using the Flare Revolver and Scythe. Buzzsaw Bow is a bit complex for me and the Tommy Gun is meh.
I remember reading that two of them look pretty similar to each other. I think the Gorefast is one of them but I don't remember their names. Also, Do you guys think the Community Weapons Pack is worth it for fans of the game?
You'll become accustomed to what's what fairly quickly, since the animations and attack patterns generally match up perfectly. Community pack is so-so, but worth a buy. Wait for it to go on sale if you absolutely want it.
I really need to spend some time playing Demo. The problem is that I can't stand Demo's slow reloading.

Also, Do you guys think the Community Weapons Pack is worth it for fans of the game?
The Husk and Fleshpound look remotely similar from far away but you get used to it quickly. Also it's a bit of a giveaway that one shoots fireballs and spawns 6 waves earlier.

Also, Do you guys think the Community Weapons Pack is worth it for fans of the game?
The Clot (most common, grabs you, mostly a non-threat) and Gorefast (giant blade on his arm, charges when he gets close, only a big threat if you're low on health) look similar, and for a while I had a hard time telling them apart at range. You get used to it, though. I started playing during the Christmas 2011 event, and I can recognize them fairly easily now.
They should add a new type of specimen IMO. they added the husk a while ago, they should add something else now. Like a new long range who throws something dangerous but easily dodgable. Or something fast and real dangerous, but rare.
