If you want money for demo play the half round firebug or commando. Easy dosh all over the place.
Also, Im got bored of the official maps, I dont even play them anymore, I rather play custom mission maps or gungame mode.
If you're playing support specialist correctly, you shouldn't be running out of ammo. At least not all of your ammo, anyway.
Oh, and Shotgun/Hunting Shotgun > any other combination of shotguns. That combo can handle anything effectively.
Shotgun for groups (yes, groups. Don't shoot a single crawler 5 times with a normal shotgun you wanker) of weak zeds and mid range shooting, Hunting for one-shotting scrakes (yes, it's possible on HoE), husks, and sirens. For Fleshpouds, the nade HS nade nade HS trick. Even in HoE with six players, you should only run out of ammo on your normal shotgun towards the end of the round on waves 7+, at which point you can just use your hunting shotgun.
Also, dat feel when you double barrel a busted door you've kept welded for a while that's crawling with zeds. It is the best.
The M1014 is a good choice instead of the pump shotgun if you're in a more open map.

Prefer the pump, the temptation to unload with the auto's for sheer 'Power' gets the better of everyone at some point, as already said the hunting + pump shotty will see you through every round safely, the AA12 is only worth using if you have a 2nd support on your team and you're saving it for the 'Shit hitting the fan' moments when you need to clear a room, hallway or doorway of all trash zeds quickly.
Not that i use it often, but the full auto HS is a fuckin laugh, i did it on the patty yesterday while we we're still on the 3rd person cutscene, worth it.
I like a lot the hunting shotgun, but when i can, i sell it to can buy the AA12, because i have to deal with fleshpounds and scrakes at same time.
I tend to use off-perk weapons with the Commando pretty often in lower difficulties since the low reload time can get ridiculous. Great example is SCAR/M32. That shit reloads so fast.

and on earlier waves, the bullpup is a non-stop spraycan filled with bullets
The bullpup, on semi-auto fire mode, is a beast. It helps me to level the commando perk more than the AK/M4/Scar.
(If your aim is good, you can headshoot 40 zeds with a only mag).

I back after playing a bit. Is pretty sad how many people still considering the berserk perk useless, they dont help you killing the minor zeds like the crawlers and shooting the scrakes, and overall, leaving you die after you save them from some scrakes.
And if everybody dies, they guilty you "[I]because you decided be that shit perk to die[/I]" (those words said by a LV6 medic, a disappointment).

Prove them wrong! Arm yourself with a katana and get a Demolitions friend to buy you an M4 203 and you will be an unstoppable killing machine.
On the topic of the M4 203, I've always wondered, does the primary fire count as explosive damage or assault rifle damage? I've not used it enough to figure out which.

I think that use it as normal rifle will count you as Commando perk and not to the demo (is not like the MAC-10 with the Firebug, which headshots and body shots counts to the same perk): [url]http://kf-wiki.com/wiki/M4_carbine[/url]
I love using the M4M203 as Medic in the last wave. It's not the most effective against Patriarch but fun as fuck. I can sweep little zeds with bullets and focus the grenades at Patriarch. It's a very nifty multitool.

Incoming rant time.
So, my friend wanted to play some Killing Floor with me, as he just recently got the game so I told him to go find a server and I'll join him. He picked an empty abusement park server, so I joined him.
in about wave 2, a Demo and some guy with level 6 for every perk joined. The demo was pretty cool, because he talked on the mic to warn us of any threats and was an all around cool guy. the level 6 though was a fucking ass. He kept insulting us whenever he died and said we were a shitty team despite him just generally leaving to do his own thing. There was a scrake and he was bezerker so I decided to just kill the trash specimens around him to help him focus on the scrake and his response was "wtf quit stealing my kills asshole" so I decided to just avoid helping him altogether.
Then the patriarch wave began and we killed him, so after the usual "GG" and dosh fest I decide to check the server and then realize why I was having such an easy time. It was on Normal. This guy who had level 6 for every perk, who was criticizing us as a team and told us to "get better" died on waves 3, 5, 7 and 9 on normal.
On a lighter note I'm thinking of purchasing a KF server soon, for the summer event, so if anyone is interested in joining a few games when I get it, lemme know. (I generally play on Hard and am slowly moving to Suicidal)

One of the best parts of this game is using the Hunting Shotgun to send the Patriarch flying and watching him flip around in mid-air.

One of the best moments that i had with KF was gibbing the Patriarch completely (i thought that it was impossible and the maximum that you could do is gib their arms/legs, until in a game, we put nearly 30 pipebombs). A blood rain in all the room.

I havent ever actually seen him not gib. 6 people surrounding him with AA12's seems to also cause gibbing.
