Fairly certain it uses the textures from gmod PHX/builder
Hell, I'd bet 75% of the custom content was stolen.

Huh, they mentioned the gun creator in credits as if he was part of the team. And the textures looked like they could have been done in gimp in 20 minutes, I would have NEVER thought that someone would even want to steal it.
But thats beacouse I have only played the V2 version, they might removed the stolen content.

There's also asking permission before using it.

They removed everything that people complained about in V2. Except those floating water blocks were still taken from Blue Portals. Changing the texture doesn't mean it's not stolen. Just saying.
Also they did have permission for the gun. But that's about it.
