640x480? Is this 1998?
she looks like a bull dyke why would you want to fuck that (ever)
I liked it.
I can't play this if it has these black bars all of the time.
Only in cutscenes.
I can't play this if it has these black bars all of the time.
what's so debilitating about two fairly unnoticeable black bars
I liked it.
He looks so fucking neutral. He's all like "This feels normal."
what's so debilitating about two fairly unnoticeable black bars
'fairly unnoticeable' I don't think that removing half of the playing space is unnoticable. I also think that the game is very shittily optimised because running it on the lowest spec with 17fps on a 5770 + E4600 @3.2Ghz is terrible
-snip-
How do I keep from getting killed by the flames at the bridge, this is in very beginning of the game.
[editline]22nd May 2011[/editline] Run into the cover and use quen.
If I run from the first wooden building to the second, I will get incinerated by the dragon, while the companions stay untouched.
If I run from the first wooden building to the second, I will get incinerated by the dragon, while the companions stay untouched.
You have to hold S from the get go, move instantly, and do the QTs.
Quick question, where is the troll trouble quest? NVM, i forgot to install the DLC after downloading it.

[editline]22nd May 2011[/editline]
I liked it.
The sex scenes are slightly more believable than in TW1, rather than a random peasant woman who you've killed a monster for rewarding you with sex you only bone characters that you could have feasibly built up a relationship with over the course of travelling, fighting etc. Or you could just pay for it. Also do you have SSAO on in that screenshot?
How the fuck to use Mutagen?
So any tips for beating [sp]Letho[/sp]? He's hard as fuck, also because they didn't give me time to drink the potions. I could bang my head against the wall until the wall comes down (AKA try and retry until I kill him) but it's not the best strategy.
There's a cave under it. Definitely not containing a horde of nekkers that will tear your nuts off.
I don't want to go into that cave now :ohdear:

Mutagens are for the character abilities via meditation. There's a mutate option for some abilities when you select them. I can only recall using mutagens for arrow redirection, fortitude, invincible and whirlwind. They're pretty good decent boosts.
Holy shit wish this game would explain more. Most of the time I have no idea what to do or where to go.
I like the mutagens, the fantasy with a hint of science-y/real world elements is cool. especially when you've read about why the Witcher's world is how it is.
Geralt's hair reminds me of a mop. I can't help it, the texture just looks like a mop.

the battling in the game is ridiculously hard if you're fighting more than 2 enemies. it doesn't matter if you block someone in front of you because the guy behind you will attack you at the same time which just sucks. i actually had to turn the difficulty to easy to make the battling enjoyable. also most of the potions are useless because of the negatives effects they give you as well (sometimes even outweighing the positive effects). anyways other than that the game is pretty awesome. at least the battling is much better than the first.
have you put a point into the parry from all directions skill? it's in the middle of the witcher skill tree, that helps a lot

ok how the FUCK am I supposed to go through that cave near floatsam if I can't fight fucking 50 fucking enemies at fucking once FUCK
Phew, "defeated" [sp]Letho[/sp]. No need for signs (well other than Quen against his Igni), it's really all about attacking him and never giving him time to do anything (and a lot of dodging).
