Can anyone please help with this texture problem I'm having with the game? I got the game off GOG and this stuff happens.

I'm having this same problem with the DNF Demo so this could be a card issue, but I just bought this card brand new 3 months ago (GTX 560 Ti)

Well that guy was using an ATI card, my NVidia settings for AA are set to Application controlled. I'lll turn off AA in-game, see how that works.

Updating my drivers seems to have done it, textures are back to normal now.
Holy shit this game looks fucking gorgeous.
Taken me a minute and the most obvious names were taken for the mmorpg.
Got the Witcher 2 premium edition. First Singleplayer only game I've bought since Elderscrolls IV.
So am I the only guy that is rolling/ dodging everywhere since I discovered it is way faster then walking? (especially after the distance Talent)
Also how could anyone kill the trolls? they are the best characters in the entire game.

me too, you're a fucking rocket when you upgrade the dodging speed
Just finished I have kind of mixed feelings there's parts I love and parts I just find frustrating the combat gets really fun later on except when fighting bosses where it's too easy to get stuck into a loop of being stunned then hit and I just got fed up rather than feeling like a challenge it felt like a problem with the game.
In some ways I prefer the Witcher 1 being set in one location doing a great job of signposting when one of your decisions has come back as well as the length which really helped fill out the world. Still there is so little else as genuinely complex and I love the fiction can't wait to see what else these guys do.
Really interested in playing though again once there's been a few more patches.

Purchased and installed a Sapphire HD6850 with 1GB yesterday and now I can play Witcher 2 with Medium parameters! :sax:
Completed it.

I got 3x GTX 580 and I can play it on max with Ubersampling at 60 FPS, what now.

I love doing 100% damage to enemies I'm not targeting that are caught in my sword range. Also I recently learned the greatness that is quen
It took me a while to get used to Yrden going from being the most worthless sign ever (TW1) to a powerful entrapment tool of pathblocking glory. Same with Quen. As far as signs are concerned those two are about the only things useful for a boss fight.
Finally finished my first playthrough.
The ending just felt kind of.... abrupt. Like, I was still expecting more.
Oh well, time to wait for the inevitable sequel and [sp]begin the search for Yennefer while the war between Nilfgaard and everyone else hits the fan[/sp]
[sp]I hope we go after The Wild Hunt and see what world they live in.[/sp]
I just beat it. You guys were saying it was very difficult, even on easy but I got through it on normal. The game wasn't hard once I learned how to fight effectively
