Okay, so I'm with the Kaedwimwag...the Irish dudes.
Is anyone facing a glitch in where the quest marker is appearing in random spots after you escorted the two stray soldiers back to the fortress?
finished the game, jesus i loved this game...

Roach is Geralt's horse; I'm pretty sure she doesn't talk.

I've had that happen a couple of times for the final quest in that area, which is annoying as hell

The only glaringly bad voice I've heard thus far (and admittedly I'm not very far into the game) is Triss.

I bought W2 without playing W1..

You need to read the plot and story of the Witcher 1 universe on wikipedia or something, in order to care about or understand what is going on in Witcher 2 at all
It is a direct sequel.

Wow I just realized I've been playing Yahtzee disguised as Dice Poker.
Oh and The Conspiracy Theory [sp]What the fuck, how did all the Blue Stripes end up getting hanged? This quest didn't make any sense. I jump into the conspirators den, killed Traut with the sacred armor and now Ves gets raped and Roche is just pissed?![/sp]
Can't find that Madame chick anywhere. Is it because she's suppose to be seen at any time of the day or night?

Go downstairs to the whorehouse, which is through a door at the downstairs tavern area. You'll find her room in there.

I think I won't be able to do the troll trouble quest now because of the [sp]Flotsam Riot. All the people I have to talk to are gone and don't seem to return. I don't think I'll be able to get my reward for the endrega queen quest either..[/sp]

Spoiler tag that preferably. But yes. It does. The NPCs just move around a bit but some are missing. Still, the ones needed to complete the quests are available. Louis Merse for example moves into his house for example and stays there.
