Borderlands 2 V2: ITS HERE!!! - Games

What's the best wiki for Borderlands 2? I need to know what the red text "De Da." means.

All the weapons I find are awful, I picked up a decent looking e-tech pistol but it only fires 3 shots and it shoots those dumb needle things. The rest are terrible shotguns that can't hit anything, or smgs. I was so desparate I used my last golden key trying to get a good weapon and all I got were a couple of shields.
