In case you guys wondered, that's all of the mlp references. Honestly they're just names for skill things, and most of them are fairly subtle and you wouldn't even get if you hadn't watched the show, but still, I expect half the community to be up in arms about this...

For those of you who don't get the reference, that's the special ability that the Shock Rifle has in the Unreal Tournament series. Sounds like it's going to be obscenely useful.

Only one of these can actually be attributed to MLP the other ones are just fucking phrases that slightly relate to the show because they mention magic, sharing, "fancy" and discord(hint: all of these things existed before MLP)
I'd be cool with picking up skins (as opposed to having them unlocked by default) if they were more than just boring recolors.

You have to pay like 4 eridium to fight terra AFAIK. He probably gives you a lot more than 4 upon defeat.

Honestly? I would full-price it, especially while it is still pretty damn popular.
Also, as for MLP references, they're references for a group of people who happen to enjoy it. Some people like ponies, some people like Minecraft, some people like <insert other pop culture here>. So long as you can market it to someone and it doesn't affect the gameplay overall, then I don't see the problem.
Most of Gaiges skills seem completely awesome and actually do something unique or at least useful. Can't wait to play her.
