I found him in the exact same spot in my first playthrough. I was just opening boxes in that room in the wildlife preservation and one of em had Jenkins and another had a midget loot goliath. I opened both at the same time, so needless to say I was downed instantly, but managed to get two second winds in a row.

I read on the gearbox forums that [sp]you have to defeat Seraph Guardians to get them, and they are spent on top tier weapons[/sp]

Still up for taking away Burst on Dahl sniper rifles OR they can move it from zoomed to hipfire.
And please, fix the goddamn sights. How the hell I supposed to use Bandit SMG if a Holo sight (small circle) gives me a zoom of telescope.

What's up with "pan"? For some reason I can't even pan the weapon when it's zoomed all the way out but I can pan when it's zoomed all the way in.

The first time I fought Wilhelm I legitimately thought all the buildup to him being super-difficult to fight was a joke. Just as Roland was yelling at me that there was no way I could win, I had Wilhelm down to a fifth of his health. I shudder to think how much easier than that he could possibly get.

The insides of the bandit and Zero masks smelled about as bad as you might think, and most of the weapon props were actually way heavier than actual guns. I now feel for that guy who played Salvador and had to dual wield those things.
Haha Deathtrap tries to shoot his laser at the Jack statues when the constructor is cutting them down. Good thing I had taken out all the real enemies...

Just zoom out. It'll cut the burst fire off short so it doesnt waste as much. I get what your saying though.
