Playthroughs don't use different characters, they just reset quests and level the world from 30 up.
Best skin customization has to be Vladof sickle.

10k gets an achievement, 20k gives you an SMG, 50k gives you a better SMG.

Bandit War Paint and Incineration are the best.

Yeah, his lines are really, REALLY repetitive. He says the same 2 things every time you do something. I've heard the above exactly once in two playthroughs.

They'll pull a Borderlands 1 where we'll be set up thinking we're going to fight the be all end all of Vault monsters, and when we get there, it's just a huge room full of loot chests as far as the eye can see.
And then the credits roll.
