That's a story mission, so no it isn't 2.5. You can't start 2.5 until the completion of TVHM.

Double long-bow slag turret that explodes when you pop it every day.

You need to complete stalker of stalkers, After that kill some stalkers until they drop the item "Mothers day gift" and that activates the quest to kill henry.
