Axton has some cool ones, but Raz0r and Nihilism pretty much prevent me from agreeing with you.

I tried that but didn't like the green. In the end I went for 'True Red'. The red eye slits against the white face plate really make it look mean.

It looks great with the "Bandit Blood and Rust" skin. With that, she almost looks like a female Psycho. I'm also pretty sure that's her only good head aside from the two or three hats.
