Well after a quick search it is possible to take a pool of sound effects and randomize it.

I figured out how to make windows phone ringtones, was easier than i thought.

My ringtone is now "ANGRY. I'M SO GOD [B]DAMN ANGRY!!!![/B]"

I wanna try and do some psycho sounds for my ringtone but it's too late in the night for that mess.

Someone on the last page had level 5 level 16 vermis. So I guess it's possible assuming that he wasn't using a script of some kind.

They spawn regardless of playthrough so long as you suffer them enough for one to morph multiple times.

I vaguely recall the first time I saw one. Had only just recently joined a game at 41 and turned right around to see a SUPREME BADASS POD and nearly flip my shit.

You wont see 49-52lvl enemies until Eridium Blight.

Should I be taking any sidequests? I heard they don't scale up when you hit 50 unless you accept them after levelling to 50.

Also-- what quests am I likely to miss? (IE ones that don't show up automatically, like the talking hyperion shield/shotgun one)

You can't "miss" any side quests.
Also make every side quest that gives only XP or head/skin.
