Set the type to hyperion shotgun and conference call will show up as an option on the balance, then fill in the rest as you like it while leaving the right manufacturer and you can make one from scratch.
Also, Prefix and Title can be set to none and the game will automatically name it based on what you picked.

I'm reasonably certain the Conference Call is a Hyperion shotgun, so if you select "Hyperion shotgun" for the weapon type and then select the body (which ought to be labeled conferencecall or somesuch), you can customize its barrel, sights, attachment, etcetera.
So what's the quickest way to level up characters? A few of my friends already have a level 50 of every character. So either they're missing out on a life, cheating or there's something I'm missing. I do many of the side missions, but leveling just seems extremely slow.

The problem is, they had all the time in the world to work on this system. The system is there. The models aren't complex.
And what do they do? About one part (barrel/stock/action/scope/grip) per company (if they make that weapon) with rarely a variant (minigun, shotgun mags, etc.)
So just like the first, by level 30 (or at least 50) you've seen them all. The end. That's it. Technically, it's just 4-8 total guns of each gun type. Sure, there's an assload of combinations and materials, but still. Yawn at the models.
Not saying the game's bad, fucking loved it, but how hard is it (really) to shit out a few more barrel types? They don't have to have wild or crazy stat differences, just minor little tweaks so we have something pretty to look at. :v:

And level maybe ? because legendaries are usually limited to a small set of parts, there's not a whole lot to change. If it's not limited, quality of said parts is set by the number, a Battery3 will have a better effect than a Battery2, assuming this one item allows a Battery3.

Hyperion battery takes it up to 81%, it's the right one.
Capacitor is vladof, battery is hyperion, not sure about the rest.

Does playthrough 2.5 make the drop rate of everything really low? I've been at Hellquist for almost 5 hours and still not gotten a Bee yet, despite getting one really quickly during playthrough 1. Was that just a fluke or am I having really rotten luck?

The body seems randomized, and tediore has a good recharge rate so that's a decent option. 4% doesn't matter that much.

If you save and quit without leaving the area you fight him in, you'll spawn at the temporary fast travel station.
You spawn there regardless of quest status though?

Yes, they won't remove the season pass, so you will still be able to purchase it long after all the dlcs are done.
Just finished pt2 with Gaige. Got to 50 right before the end. Warrior dropped Conference Call. Also found a fire infinity in a chest near the end, so it was quite a good night. I am ready for pirates.

I don't have any proof it won't be removed except for the fact that every other game with a season pass still has a purchasable season pass. I've never seen a quote from Randy saying it might go away, but from an economical standpoint, there would be no reason to remove it.
And if it were to be removed from Steam, there are still several other legitimate ways to purchase it.
