The first DLC from Borderlands 1 didn't raise the level cap.
Just because they didn't do it this time doesn't mean they're not going to raise it at all.
We still have 3 DLC packs to go.

Is there no badass enemy drop head for gaige? The rest of the characters have them.
Also have a better picture of gaiges pirate head, Doesn't look as bad imo.

Best of both worlds - Add an extra set of skills with the level cap increase! Like, each tree has three more. After the big one, of course.
