Started an assassin yesterday, been really lucky with drops with him. Found an E-tech weapon (maliwan plasma caster) at level 8 after completing the "assassinating the assassins" mission, and soon after found an awesome purple sniper rifle that dropped from a measly adult skag. They completely rape anything I meet and I'm at level 12 atm.
In order to start pt2.5 do I need to start a new game? Or is it that once you kill the warrior everything scales?
In order to start pt2.5 do I need to start a new game? Or is it that once you kill the warrior everything scales?
Once you finish the story quest on PT2 - everything scales to your level.
The warrior is a stingy bitch. Killed him 27 times today and not a single orange :(
Finally done with PT2 with my friends and I can tell you now - once you hit lvl 47 and get to the Sawtooth Cauldron, there is the biggest difficulty spike you can ever have in PT2. Everything is 1-3 shot you and you hardly need a better gear just to kill things faster than they'll spot you. We changed difficulty to "2 players" (there was 3 of us) yet we got owned by almost everything. Tomorrow we gonna do "No CC+Bee" Terra run.
should i play the pirate dlc after im done with the main campaign or not? im unsure
Damn my automerge... BTW got lvl50 Flakker from Warrior.
should i play the pirate dlc after im done with the main campaign or not? im unsure
Better do it before lvl30 on PT1.
should i play the pirate dlc after im done with the main campaign or not? im unsure
Doing it at 50 is a good way to go, You don't need to worry about coming back to the game and tanking through everything. And you can only get the loot once so you might want it to scale.

But if you can make use of this method, it's fucking fantastic. I've gotten well over 20 oranges doing this.
I don't care what you say, nothing is funnier than being attacked by something called a "Savage Bonertoot"
Anyone know a better method to farm the Black Queen with? I've been doing it for over an hour now, maybe only got her to spawn 2 times.
The citizens around Sanctuary are fucking weird, what happened to the calm citizens of New Haven? [t]http://u.cubeupload.com/HalfHealth/2012102100013.jpg[/t] [t]http://u.cubeupload.com/HalfHealth/2012100700085.jpg[/t] [t]http://u.cubeupload.com/HalfHealth/2012100700087.jpg[/t]
The Hyperion invasion and Handsome Jack happened.
True.. they just all sound like Psychos now :v: It's a bit of a far cry from the old: "Have you seen my gun..?"
I don't know who Jess was, but she must have been damn popular for everyone on Pandora to be mourning her death.
My fiance ate a thresher once
My fiance ate a thresher once
Crazy Earl ate one a my cars once. Yeeeah, the whole thing. Just like, with a fork.
I don't know who Jess was, but she must have been damn popular for everyone on Pandora to be mourning her death.
That IS pretty sad but.. Did you hear when the water is gonna be turned back on?
Welcome to Hell.
Speaking of water, does anybody else think Shade is a tragically depressing character? He was a little creepy at first, but you really feel bad for him as he starts to reveal the history of Oasis.
Speaking of water, does anybody else think Shade is a tragically depressing character? Also everytime he laughs at "Jocko's" jokes, I start bursting into laughter just because of how hilarious the laugh is.

Didn't you listen to him? Like at all? Nobody in the town was dead of dehydration. Pay attention[/sp]

Beat the DLC. Pretty fucking good. Lasted about 5 hours, laughed out loud a few times. One of the few DLC's I've actually ever gotten separate from a GOTY edition or whatever. Very much worth it.
I don't know who Jess was, but she must have been damn popular for everyone on Pandora to be mourning her death.
Shade is funny. He keeps drooling.

Sweet mother of mercy

I love Herbert, he's the bomb.
Herbert and Shade just seemed weird to me because their heads looked more like big masks than actual faces
Zer0 should give Herbert some tips on writing a haiku
