There is one in The Fridge and one near [sp]Mel, the crazy robot[/sp] in the Eridium Blight.
I just hid up on one of the rock clusters during the final boss. Never even brought my shields down.

Just make sure the area near the disabled contructor is clear before you activate it, then run as far away from it as possible (I just went back to the bridge where you enter the city), enemies should ignore it because you're not near it so it should eventually finish cutting down all the statues by itself so just wait there until it does.

Apparently there's a creature arena in a sub-area of the Wildlife exploitation preserve (As written on the Moxxi's circle of slaughter posters)
It's not a quest, but I'm pretty sure it's there, or else it wouldn't be advertised (And I hope to god it won't fucking be DLC)

You can edit something in the .ini that allows you to enter that arena.

There is a work around if you get someone's profile.vlc file that already unlocked it you can get it.
It'll dick up your skins and heads though til you place your old one back in.

Well apparently they can be traded like anything else. You can also take a save file from someone that has this version and use the skin items to unlock them in your game.

Ore Chasm was really fucking hard, starts off super easy until the last 2 rounds, then it's just badass constructors everywhere
good fun though, lots of loot and like, 4 levels of XP

The save would need to have the skin in their inventory and not unlocked yet.
So, tonight I accidentally refused to kill myself and visited jack's grandma.
things I would not expect to do in any video game but borderlands or Fallout.
