Actually they do flare slightly, but the point still stands. As far as I know the only time Hyperion non-pistols have the stabilizer fins is when they're e-tech.
It [I]would[/I] be an E-tech if it didn't have unique properties. As it stands it isn't by technicality.

All Orange weapons are special in some way. It shoots energy, in the form of arrow.
IE, it's not a bullet or a gyro-jet. Therefore, it's E-Tech and friggin DOPE.

When I said it was awesome, I mostly meant the music, actually. The music goes so well with the intro. I'm a little annoyed that Gaige didn't get a special intro, though, although I guess the ECHO recordings are sort of her personal intro.
Also she doesn't seem to have as many customization options, which sucks. Hopefully they'll add more. Especially hats. NEED MORE HATS.

Short Change Hero works because it emphasizes Jack's desire to put everyone under his heel, and that people who play hero should not get too cozy lest Jack do his damnest to erase them from existence.
Look how that turned out for him. Appropriate ending song is How You Like Me Now, about how the vault hunters stuck it to the first song and Jack.
I thought "No Rest for the Wicked" would have been a totally appropriate ending song given [sp]the last lines in the damn game[/sp] but noooooo they totally squandered that
EDIT: But then, that's why I think "What Makes a Good Man" would work, because part of Jack's motivation is that he honestly sincerely thinks he's doing the right thing despite being a total doucheknocker about it. A core part of the game is going in guns blazing and totally slaughtering everyone and stealing their loot, but still being the hero for it. Jack does the same thing to the people of Pandora and he ends up being the villain just because he's trying to take over too.
