I hope it's not an arena. I really do hope it isn't because we already have 3 arenas. We don't need another one.
Looks like it might be a racing DLC, the Checkered Flag the girl is holding in the sign and the bike Torgue is riding, wouldn't make sense for an arena.

also the hats are motorcycle gang-y

Except that Mister Torgue likes explosions. If it was just racing it wouldn't make sense. Probably vehicle deathmatches or anything goes racing. Hell anything that has to deal with Torgue has checkered flag patterns :v:

Also Mr. Torgue is sitting on a motorcycle in that picture.
No, I think his name was Handy Mack or something.
Good Lookin' Jake, right?
Saxton Hale in space?
Well another reason might just be because all Torgue guns have a racing motif, like checkered flags and such
I WANT THIS WHOLE THREAD TO WRITE IN EXPLOSIVE FONT YOU HEAR ME
LOWER CASE IS FOR PUSSIES
Unlike bl1, i hope we can actually drive the new vehicles, if any, outside of the dlc. The lancer from Knoxx was by far the neatest car, yet we could only drive it in knoxx. :\

from the torgue dlc, it's obvious why we couldn't drive the skiff everywhere.

Although this is true, I really wanted to be able to use it outside of the pirates booty.
I'm probably gonna wait for all the addons to come out and get it all for 5 bucks, like i did with BL1. :v:

I figured I would grab the season pass when it goes on sale during the Christmas sale.

So, Dead Sands
wow i feel like a fucking moron
torgue is checkered stripes and i didn't think it was going to be RACING themed
That "Pyro Pete's" -sign - dare I hope for a unique, flamethrower-ish weapon?
I'm so glad Gearbox has given Torgue such a great personality.
In the first game, there wasn't anything special about them.
In BL1 there wasn't anything special about... anything.
Exactly, that's why I'm glad they're adding special abilities to each gun manufacturer.
Although, they should have kept one company that made each weapon type, with no special abilities.

the only interesting thing about it was TK's wave, and that sucked because it was impossible to hit anything.

The mashers were interesting, I'm half irked how revolvers are pistols, but it's overall a better change to merge them.
In a way I almost prefer the old look of the weapons, but prefer the new design on them, I really wish you could find the old weapon looks, maybe even some of the old design aswell, there isn't enough weapons with large clips (bandits are.. Err.. even when they have large clips, the reload is ultra slow, the accuracy is just dumb, and the clips themselves aren't even big, that was about the clip sizes of a good weapon in the first one).

Not sure if you guys care about it but BL2 was nominated for some Spike VGAs including Best Shooter, Best Multi-Player, Best DLC, Best Performace by a Human Male (Dameon Clarke as Handsome Jack) and Character of the Year. ANd Gearbox is up for Studio of The Year.
It should have been nominated for Game of the Year, too.

not enough doritos
I hear the next DLC is using that Seraph Crystal system again.
I hope we don't have to kill Mister Torgue.
I hope we don't have to kill Mister Torgue.
Judging from previous experiences with DLC (General Knoxx), you're probably going to have to kill him. Which is sad, because I wouldn't want to kill him (and I didn't want to kill Knoxx either)
ugh I wanna give the alcohol to Mordecai but the Sloth sucks ass and I have an orange sniper.

Well, Mordecai IS an Alcoholic. You're also giving him 10 barrels of booze.
That is a metric fuckton of booze.
It's not exactly the morally superior choice.
