I was expecting the last arena boss to explode into torgue tokens, or at least have the lootsplosion to have tokens in them. I still enjoyed this DLC more than Captain Scarlets.
I love the Torgue vending machines IF YOU DON'T COME BACK I'MA BE PISSED!
"NOW GO PUNCH SOME BAD GUYS IN THE DICK!"
I remember, you could re-listen to ECHO logs from your inventory in BL1. Is there such option in BL2? Couldnt find it yesterday.
I remember, you could re-listen to ECHO logs from your inventory in BL1. Is there such option in BL2? Couldnt find it yesterday.
I don't remember there ever being echo logs in your inventory in BL1.
I just got triple bandits on a Torgue slot machine and holy fuck
I like how on my second playthrough, I've realized where I completely stopped giving a flying fuck about the story and the characters, it was right after [sp]Angel 'betrays' you and opens the shields up to the Hyperion moonshots.[/sp] I really fucking hated how you were made to just go blindly [sp]trusting[/sp] her again, I just wanted to tell her to fuck off and go find Sanctuary. But nope, off-forwards to to fight through two new areas to rejoin your friends on the word of Angel, despite what she just did. Good to know I'm controlling an independent character and not oh say, a character whose motives a driven through pathetic plot development.
Wanna pile up thousands of bodies in seconds? 5 in Inconceivable, 5 + 5 from mod, No Kill Like Overkill, E-Tech BFG. You'll absolutely DESTROY and RIP everything that moves 17 new assholes.
I found some rare ones once
i thought this was real for a second.
As long as this guy has a hit point left he's fine. [t]http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/937009251920354501/4A08A9F5618544FF367A3A405281A1659C8ADE43/[/t]
Nope, Hyperius in Playthough 1 still beating me and my brother. Does anyone have a good strategy against him? Other than farm for Baby Maker?
Nope, Hyperius in Playthough 1 still beating me and my brother. Does anyone have a good strategy against him? Oh and save distance.
Beated him easily with my lv50 Gaige (BFF) without using DeathTrap, CC, Baby Maker and Bee. Simply avoid the rockets and fill him with bullets. My main and only strategy against everything is to gunzerk everything with my slagga and a shotgun. Which weapon did you use?
god I hate tiny tina hope she doesn't return next expansion
god I hate tiny tina hope she doesn't return next expansion
Some people didn't like Claptrap and he got his own DLC so who knows?
So the idea is avoiding the rockets and being away from him? Man, this is going to be difficult. My main and only strategy against everything is to gunzerk everything with my slagga and a shotgun. Which weapon did you use?
You are gonna need some tweaked equipment to have any hope of killing him, or play in a group with a siren specced into harmony. For the first one, you're either gonna boost the hell out of your DPS and use the aforementioned bee + a really fast firing weapon (bee + CC doesn't work as well anymore, same goes for bee + baby maker. Vladof guns, harold, bitch, etc) and just shoot him until he dies. You will die very quickly though unless you have a health relic + stats in health boosts, since his first nova takes out all your shields and his second nova takes out a very large chunk of health. Otherwise you can just get 4 buddies together and make sure 1 of them is a siren with the instares ability that can hide behind the pipe and resurrect everybody when they're down. The tactic my group used was take down three of the hyperion bots, then get hyperius down enough so that he gets huge, and then finish off the bot and hyperius. That or you could just abuse the evil smasher glitch (why the hell haven't they patched that yet).
Does anyone have an afterburner relic that is actually good? So far that looks like the easiest bet for getting torgue tokens. I have a level 35 afterburner and it is not cutting it for tier 3 death races.
I found some rare ones once
Using a key at level 16... whyyy...
Using a key at level 16... whyyy...
Its not like its particularly hard to get all the keys you could ever possibly want.
Beated him easily with my lv50 Gaige (BFF) without using DeathTrap, CC, Baby Maker and Bee. Simply avoid the rockets and fill him with bullets. Oh and save distance.
See, the problem here is that he does this unavoidable ground pound attack twice in a row, dealing 50000 damage each time. Most characters barely have the 50000 shields and 50000 health to endure that and have no way of recovering it all in time before he does it again, except for gunzerker. Gonna need better tips than that, mister.

Yes, his nova blast is a bitch, but first one damage shields only and second is less powerful. That's why you need to save some distance. If there is a gear question for Gunzirker, my answer is: Use Hyperion SMG. So Slagga+Non Elemental\Shock for Hyperious himself and Slag+Corrosive for his loaders.

Thanks for the help, now to get a good corrosive SMG!
Here is Hyperious on PT1. [t]http://img853.imageshack.us/img853/2662/2012112400001g.jpg[/t] And here I just killed him using ONLY shock Sand Hawk (No Bee, CC, Baby Maker and no DeathTrap). [t]http://img705.imageshack.us/img705/464/2012112400002y.jpg[/t] If you're on PC, I can help you with him.

Hyperius in my game is lvl 52 both in PT1 and 2, though in 1 he is weaker. Maybe because I play on Xbox?
I don't see where all the hate towards Tiny Tina stems from. I find her hilarious because of the personality they gave her.
and the fucking dlc doesnt go on sale ok
I don't see where all the hate towards Tiny Tina stems from. Me neither, but damned it be all if the end result isn't unorthodox comical.
