I'm really starting to think less of Gearbox as developers. I mean, they did pretty good with pulling of the basic idea of an FPS with loot, but things like raid lockouts and token-based loot make it seem like they have no clue what they're doing.

Anyone have any tips for the final boss of torgue? i'm getting wrecked within seconds and even the rocket launcher i pack for really tough enemies can barely put a dent in it if i'm lucky.

If that 0 capacity shield works like I think it works, then Maya will run +50-90% faster ALL THE TIME.
I used to have to just get the 250 recharge delay shield (thumper, I believe) and damage myself until it drained to 0.
