If you aren't Guerilla you are doing Axton wrong. Missile pods and slag turret hits like a truck.
The terramorphus has been a rather huge dick lately, never seen him before use that black hole thing like black hole/wormhole threshers use before. It's like a guaranteed kill, and he refuses to pop up his tentacles to second wind on
Also, high damage tediore weapons when properly thrown and used, you're just going to be destroying things. I've found tediore are unilaterally strong as shit ammo eaters that can save your ass in Second wind, and can give you a quick edge in a fight by taking out a few strong enemies. If badass constructors are your problem, it's about one of two things. Sniping the crit spot from afar, or being in second wind directly in front of his eye and spamming crits with a shotgun. Once they're down, a fight is a lot different from then on. They don't really take a whole lot of elemental damage, but they'll take a lot of crit damage.
If you aren't Guerilla you are doing Axton wrong. Missile pods and slag turret hits like a truck.
I have invested all but two skill points into guerilla. The other two went to surviveability for the health recharge upon shield full, and my class mod adds 3 points to the skill as well.
Two level 39 tediore shotguns as Gunzerker was fun until I replaced them. Shoot one shot from each then throw them buff, instant kill to WAR Loaders and Goliaths.
If you aren't Guerilla you are doing Axton wrong. Missile pods and slag turret hits like a truck.
When you hit level 42, you can get two rocket-pod, shielded turrets. More worth it than you think.
When you hit level 42, you can get two rocket-pod, shielded turrets. More worth it than you think.
Shield is garbage and to get the two turrets you have to invest in fairly mediocre skills. Survivability is a good secondary tree to go down. Gunpowder is also mediocre. Guerilla, meanwhile, has a ton of useful skills for both Axton himself and the turret.
So, let me get this straight... I went from level 44 to level 41. I beat two main missions, and now I'm down two main missions. Because my game ccouldn't fucking launch unless I clicked "download to this machine" or "upload to cloud", wow, fuck this game so hard. Not even going to play my Axton anymore. Piece of shit fucking steam. And now it's not even starting. GG steam, totally encouraging me to ever start up borderlands ever again.

Because if you did, it's entirely your fault.
I'm lv 48 as Axton atm and I don't have any of the end-tree skills In fact the only mid tree one I have is longbow, and that point would probably be better used somewhere else
So i'm level 27 atm (soon 28) and about to do the final mission, should I level up some more or am I fine ?
So i'm level 27 atm (soon 28) and about to do the final mission, should I level up some more or am I fine ?
The game scales with your story mission. If it says 27/28 you should be fine. I can't remember though.

That is all entirely your fault btw unless I'm missing something, so good job blaming both steam and even more bafflingly, the game.
trying the final mission at 49 how fucked are we, if at all?
trying the final mission at 49 how fucked are we, if at all?
If you've got friends you should be okay.
If you've got friends you should be okay.
just me and my brother and a very sexy torgue assault rifle and supporting classmod/reliccombo
Somebody give me a rundown on the differences of the Gunzerker skill trees?
trying the final mission at 49 how fucked are we, if at all?
Hide behind the first ammo thing. The one that takes 90 seconds to reload. If the enemy is facing you at 12 aclock or 9 aclock just stay behind the ammo thing, and crouch to avoid attacks. If he is at 5 aclock, jump behind the little gears to your left and crouch hide behind them. You will take very little if any damage. That was my strategy on playthrough 1.
I love this game.
Somebody give me a rundown on the differences of the Gunzerker skill trees?
Gunlust is a decent secondary tree to go into, but not that great on it's own. I believe you can make a very effective sniper build with it though, and if you pick up the capstone it's possible to make very high theoretical DPS builds Rampage is great for Gunzerking for long periods and often, but loses it's power as the game gets more difficult. Enjoy Gunzerking and immediately dying unless you are using long range weapons Brawn is standard tank build with a hilarious capstone active skill modifer that taunts all enemies, refills your health to full, and increases damage resistance by 90%. This tree is basically "Never die in Gunzerk" I played Rampage until the end of PT1 where the constant being downed got old and I respecced to Brawn, now going to down Rampage with spare points. Haven't touched gun lust at all.
If anyone has a spare level 50 bee and level 50 conference call on ps3, what would it take for you to trade them with me? I'm not level 50 yet, but I kinda want to have them on hand so I can solo terra so I can get the trophy. I am aiming at getting platinum. Also, anyone on PS3 wanna help me? I need to get I think five revives and one trade. One of the trophies is to have all level 1 challenges done.
[t]http://i.imgur.com/nmEYK.jpg[/t] [editline]29th September 2012[/editline] bring it on.
So I decided to change builds on my Zer0, and I went cunning and put the rest in bloodshed. Now I do 350k+ executes with melee, god damn it kills stuff, I'm level 44.
