So I just killed Dexiduous the Invincible and he's a mehh raid boss. Better than the usual unavoidable attack but he just seemed like a pain, with only a few areas that you can hit him and do any damage. I can't imagine how bad it must be if you were using a precision weapon rather than an Infinity pistol. Better loot than I've gotten from the other raid bosses though so I guess that's a plus.
The 'easiest' way is to be with 4 people or download something to make the game thing you're with 4 (whilest being alone). More people is more Varkid. Besides that it's almost completely random on how long it'll take. First time it took me "only" 40 minutes to spawn him. Now it sometimes takes me 2-3 hours.
Oh wow that doesn't even seem worth it considering how hard he is to fight, I think I'll just trade for a Norfleet and the legendary class mods.
That's because simply doing it at level 50 doesn't work. You have to do it on playthrough 2.5 (i.e beat the warrior on TVHM and then go do the quests)
You're right, I should have specified. I beat Playthrough 2, Warrior and all, and made it to 2.5. Same applied.
For some reason, the latest update is in Russian on Steam for me. Translated the whole thing to be sure it's not some ARG or something.
You're right, I should have specified. I beat Playthrough 2, Warrior and all, and made it to 2.5.
Did you accept the side missions before or after you reached PT2.5? They should level up when they're left undiscovered until you finish the game the second time.
Failing them and re-accepting them will boost them to level 48-50.
Failing them and re-accepting them will boost them to level 48-50.
As far as I know most of the missions are designed in a way so you cannot fail them, such as the ones which give you the Law and the Order.
;39403234']As far as I know most of the missions are designed in a way so you cannot fail them, such as the ones which give you the Law and the Order.
For some (or maybe most, I do not know the numbers) they are unfailable. But others can be failed.
Just use a save editor to deactivate the side quest you want to.
Did you accept the side missions before or after you reached PT2.5? Got a lower-leveled reward.
I every single side mission alone. Once I hit level 50 in playthrough 2.5, then I accepted it. Got a lower-leveled reward.
You don't accept until after you kill the Warrior. Not until you hit 50.
You don't accept until after you kill the Warrior. Not until you hit 50.
Re-read. Playthrough 2.5, aka, Warrior defeated in both play-throughs, and I was level 50. Then I accepted the mission. Cleared the mission. Under-leveled reward. [editline]29th January 2013[/editline]
Just use a save editor, to unactivate the side quest you want to.
If you're going to use a save editor to unactivate sidequests to get Level 50 rewards, why not just edit the weapons to level 50? :v:
FYI Randy should be tweeting a new SHiFT code that gives 5 keys. Soon.
They're here. If you opened those chests in part 1 you are going to be very disappointed the moment you hit pt2.
The chest is filled with perpetually reasonable guns. Opening it at any point in the game isn't really that bad, since the guns you'll have found by hitting your max level will, often enough, end up beating the ones from the chest.

In general, I would say the ones you find by the time you're level 50 pale in comparison to the equivalently leveled legendaries and purples you find around. But yes, the box has good stuff.
I love this DLC <3
Using the keys on Max level was something I did and regret. I had replaced most of it withing 2 days.
I just found a new fun weapon! [t]http://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/615008673009816577/346ED46DB09ACE8CA1487A379829E83BAE116136/[/t] Sure, it's not one of those lvl 50 monsters some of you have, but for my level it's damn good.
EXPLOSIONS!!!111
Isn't that the sniper that has less than a 1% chance of dropping?
I recently started the Hammerlock dlc and honestly first seeing those spores scared me. The noises they make...
Isn't that the sniper that has less than a 1% chance of dropping?
I dunno, was rushing to the Pyro Pete and one of his bikers dropped it. Shit shoots explosive bullets.

I agree, that sniper has a 0.88% chance of dropping when a sniper rifle is dropped from a Burner type enemy. I have no idea what the chances of a sniper rifle dropping but it's safe to say you're lucky. Go buy a lottery ticket or something.
