You can get the Medic Mantis from a bandit named Geary at the top of the volcano in the Eridium blight. Just look it up on youtube. I'm interested in the second on the top and the general's cap. I know you can get the top hat one from Henry or any other Badass enemy.
Henry is just the same type of enemy as the ones that drop the tophat. Badasses or super-badasses drop the top-hat.

I think you have to progress through the mainquest before you can do that part of the sidequest. IIRC Scooter Echo's you and mentions Dukino's Mom.

I got sandblaster pretty easily, but I would consider it rare.
Medic mantis is pretty easy to get.
Seeing all those legendaries makes me want to play really badly:/.
But I will probbaly just get a bunch of shit. Beating feet to the warrior anyways :/

Is it just me, or does Scooter have really bad voice acting in the original?
Figured out my playthrough 2 problems. I had a too low level weapon.
I used a golden key and got a major kickass torgue shotgun and auto rifle. 840x5 for shotgun with hilariously fast reload, 1280 rifle.
Now I can kill people with ease.

Yeah no. If you remember BL1, it was hilariously easy to mod super weapons into it. I am guessing it's only a matter of time before the same happens to Bl2, rendering a "real money auction house" completely pointless.
