I think you can use a trainer to set your number of skill points.
My current Axton build doesn’t really use the turret
in fact, all I use if for is distracting enemies, providing me the Battlefront buff, and getting me second winds when I die somewhere awkward
I'm still experimenting with different build for Axton. Upgrading my turret with rocket pods and that extra gun proved to be more than useful in more than one occasion. Works good when combined with a siren who can just phaselock enemies while my turret unleashes its fury upon the target. But I'm feeling as if I'm becoming a bit too dependent on the turret so that's why I'm experimenting.
Seeing this video made me think about my current build. It's ofc overpowered for several reasons but aside from that, it's an interesting build.

Usually I feel bad for cheating in a game but borderlands is a special case in which it just makes it crazy fun sometimes plus I only play it with a friend and it's not like we're ruining the game experience for others.

I'm probably just useless at this, but I can not for the life of me figure out how to get this to work. Apparently the .ct I created doesn't work because cheat engine can't open it. Tried copy pasting it several times as well.

Did you paste it in notepad, save it as .ct (select 'all files' and put in the extension yourself) and open it?

mine didn't ricochet or split into other bullets, it just shot around 10 very slow moving projectiles close together that slag. also mine was purple instead of blue.

Well, after Claptrap went through it, he said that you could go too, so i did it and died instantly. Then he made a joke and deactivated it. I didnt know what to do, cry or laugh.

I simply forgot about it and tried to casually walk through it. Needless to say, I felt quite dumb after that.
