I loved that gun from Borderlands 1. Loved the Malevolent Bitch.
I find training boring in this game. I've done every side-quest so far and getting through ANY main story quest is hard as fuck. [sp]I'm right where you meet Mordecai[/sp] and enemies just kick my ass through and through. Two quests glitched for me, the one where you have to take some sort of eridium rock to Tannis. Shows the quest as complete, but I can't do anything else except keep talking to her. Also, I was trying to do the one [sp]varkid injection-shit quest[/sp] and I had to kill a certain monster. I die and the monster is gone, and I can't inject anything else into any of the others.

Either way, it's definitely helpful to unlock it just for the fast travel station, that map is huge and it's nice to be able to tele to the opposite end if you need to.
Tried quitting the game and it went into an endless save. Reloaded after shutting it down, and was down from 41 to 36. Just got to Opportunity and now i'm back to Dam Fine Rescue. ;_;

Pretty sure the [sp]Dapper Gent[/sp] Is just a badass or super badass enemy drop. Not a [sp]henry[/sp] specific one.
Just finished the game, spent 60 hours only on playthrough 1 with a friend. THAT WAS BADASS!
Now i will lvl up my Siren up to 50 lvl and then we are going to slay [sp]Terra[/sp].
Jack is such an awesome charater. So charismatic and evil in one shell.
So, the vault key [sp]revealed other vaults through out the galaxy?[/sp]. Finally i can read all spoilers!

I want to try to farm Vermivorous the Invincible. Anyone have any tips?
I have the Conference Call,The Bee, Slayer of Terra and the Sheriff's Badge.
I heard that the Caustic Caverns in the best place to do this? Should I just run around and let them morph or should I hide somewhere?

Gather them up, damage a few to help induce morphs. The more varkids around, the greater then chance of morphing. It's really hard solo, due to the fact that the varkids rarely evolve from Super Badass.

Does that get instantly used, or does it only register as used on the next save?
I.E, can I open the chest and just shut off the console to reset it?
Because i REALLY don't want to be stuck with some shitty repeater.
There should a permanent spawn for Vermi or at least increase the chance of his drops. It's hard enough getting him to evolve, and then you have to rely on luck for something nice to drop.

If you shut off the console your char wont be saved either.
Just back up the profile data onto a USB stick and keep restoring it over and over again. When you are done, restore it one more time, and then next time make the backup again, as it stores skins and badass rank.

There's some theories flying around.
The one that's considered most conclusive so far is the family tree theory.
You need 4 players to get the max amount of varkids to spawn, then you need them all to keep evolving until you end up with 3 ultras and 4 super badasses and one of the ultras will turn into vermivorous.
Go look up a more detailed post of this.

It's not worth it. You'll be able to easily get better weapons from boss drops, I'd use them when you find yourself lacking in firepower in either playthrough.

That's pretty much how I've done it.

As soon as you use the key it saves instantly so resetting will still lose the key. On PS3, I copied my Profile data to a USB. Used my keys then copied my save back and it kept my keys.
However, each Varkid has a chance to evolve, some don't even evolve from the larval form. You don't need a specific amount of each type for certain evolutions take place, just the right number in total. In addition the varkid has to be able to evolve, some stop evolving. Damaging them also helps. Earlier I had 5 Ultras flying around and none of them evolved.

you dont need 3 ultras and 4 super badasses all you need is one ultra and he has never dropped anything good when me and my friends killed him

you dont need more than 1 varkid at all when we did it we only left 1 alive and evolved it

By 50 you'll have oranges that are far better.

I played until level 50 and grinded terramorphus and the warrior over and over, yet no orange weapons, best thing I got is the bee, but then again that eliminates the need of a better gun.
is it just me or does [sp]jack[/sp] keep referencing that doors song from apocalypse now during his fight?
