Google is saying there's some confusion about certain game elements (Boss fights, side quests, etc.) resetting/scaling depending on if you did them during playthrough 2.. Any idea exactly what resets when 2.5 starts?

If you want to do shit during PT2.5, just [I]power[/I] through the story in PT2. Side quests are apparently stuck at the level you accepted them at, as are their rewards.

i was thinking a way to make a "Playthrought 3":
-backup your PT1 save files right before [sp] you face jack and the warrior[/sp]
-start PT2, get on 50 and finish the game
-get a friend and give him all your lvl50 gear
-restore your PT1 backup and get your lvl50 gear from your friend
-get some trainer and use lvlup cheat and get on lvl 50 and then finish your PT1
went back to play through one to do statuesque and get the head. [sp]JACK STOP TALKING FROM THE DEAD![/sp]

Is the game running shitty for anybody after the last patch? I'm getting dramatic graphical slowdown, the game freezes for a bit when I hit the escape key, and I can't pick up a car in the Dust because I'm at a spawnpoint (the one to the south by the buried houses) where the cars are [B]phasing through the ground and costing me $3000 each time I die[/B].

When was the last patch? I didn't play at all yesterday, but I booted it up a few hours ago and I noticed things felt pretty laggy.
Golden chest gave me 2 purple mods...and the both were for gunzerker...and i play as axton, friend with gunzerker...he took it and said thanks...fml
On a bright side, this gun will one-hit-kill anything

I really wanted the siren to have a gravity gun like ability so I could pick up and launch elemental barrels.

That's a good point, what happens if you hit level 50 before starting playthrough 2.

I know one of the patches made the game run at 1/3 of my normal framerate with the same settings for me. Updating graphics card drivers and restarting sorted that out.

So up until this point I've been commando using nothing but Shotguns and Assault Rifles. I think I'm just gonna start using guns that are actually good because there is no such thing as a good Assault Rifle or Shotgun in my game.

What, did [sp]1340[/sp] generate as crap for you? Because [sp]he's[/sp] rad.
Gearbox will be deploying a patch in the next few days to address corrupted saves and hanging while autosaving - at least for PC, it'll probably be bundled with other stuff for consoles later.
Feels good to be in the hands of a developer that cares about their product after they're received the initial profits.
