Now here is something I don't understand with "The Bee"..
I tested out several weapons with it on the practice target in Marcus' place:
Moxxi's touch which happens to be a flame SMG (4600 dmg) does 85k damage per bullets (talking only about NO CRITS)
Using a corrosive sniper rifle does 17k & 35k with the bee on the target practice, I assume it's because of the whole corrosive on a human bullshiet.
Now when I use my revolver which does 15k damage, shooting with the bee only does 65k, what the hell?
Is the target practice considered unarmored, so each bullets from the flame smg does really tremendous bonus damage? Does the slayer of terramorphous fire damage adds this much? What? Why? How?
it'd be nice if you could hurl tediore guns without having to fire once.
So is anybody else having like, major difficulty issues with Playthrough 2? Me and my friend have played through 1-47 together and had no problems with the difficulty until around 43ish, and then everything started way out-scaling us and taking us forever to kill.

Do you mean the stalkers? Because those asshats are way overpowered in True Vault Mode.
Not just stalkers, just about everything. We're basically having to play it like Call of Duty because enemies instagib us and take forever to take down.

I've been doing well soloing it. I'm upto the fridge and still can't take down Doc Mercy for the life of me though.
I was going fine till I hit 50, then everything started onehitting me
Fuck Rabid Stalkers, FUCK 'EM!
I'm playing as Maya, and if I get caught by one while my Phaselock is cooling down, I'm fucked. It's continuous biting just fucks me over constantly.
Why the hell are Rabid Stalkers so difficult to kill. WHY ARE THEY SO DIFFICULT TO KILL
Stalkers in general are a pain in the ass IMO.

Agreed, but it's fun to take advantage of Zer0's ability to see cloaked enemies. Whip out the shotgun as they go for the decoy and they go right down.
But normal Stalkers are like 3-4 hit kills with anything for me, Rabid Stalkers go batshit insane all the time and run around like they're on fire, and they take like 283 bullets to the brain before dying.
Am I the only one disappointed that we never really see the Crimson Raiders fighting Hyperion?
The closest we see to others fighting Hyperion are the Slabs during [sp]Where Angels Fear to Tread[/sp] and just before [sp]Data Mining[/sp]
why would they need to fight when you do all the work?
[editline]6th October 2012[/editline]
I mean, you did what they tried for 5 years to do, in the span of a couple days.
[QUOTE=MightyMax;37930342]why would they need to fight when you do all the work?[/QUOTE]
One (To four) Vault Hunter(s) aren't going to be able to keep Hyperion's army away from Sanctuary's gates alone.
Also note that that there aren't that many Crimson Raiders in Sanctuary, so there's got to be more out in the field. If all the Crimson Raiders are in Sanctuary, then I'm very surprised Hyperion hadn't overran it yet considering how few are there. Also note that in the Crimson Raiders HQ there is a tactical map which shows troop positions, so there's got to be more out there.
And on another note, if Sanctuary has a fast travel node in it, then why doesn't Hyperion bother warping robots and troops in? It's not like New-U which is really nothing more than a gameplay mechanic, since it's referenced by Angel and [sp]Brick[/sp] in a way that doesn't reek of 4th wall breaking, unlike with Claptrap's dialogue mannerisms.

I'm pretty sure Borderlands 2 takes place in the timespan of months
[editline]6th October 2012[/editline]
Hmm, 11 or so days late, but I noticed that WSJ went into damage control mode after their now infamous Borderlands 2 review.

Actually those are new ones.
You know what I'm really disappointed was missing?
Guardians. The hell?

In the original, people were still looking for the Vault to open it, hence they hadn't seen the Guardians yet.
Hyperion had the Vault for nearly 5 years. That's more than enough time to exterminate a Guardian population guarding a Vault.

They had the [sp]second vault[/sp] for 5 years? That wouldnt make any sense.
Truth be told I hated the guardians though.

It takes a long time to artificially charge a vault key.
Also, I know someone is going to say that they were drilling to find the Vault, so I'm going to say this. [sp]They weren't drilling to find the Vault, they were drilling to get Eridium.[/sp]
How exactly does varkid evolution work? I want to farm vermi but i end up with 1 ultimate badass and shitloads of everything else. Every vermi i've ever spawned has been luck. My understanding is 2 larval = adult, 2 adult = badass, and so on, until 2 super badass = ultimate and then you take the ultimate to kill something. I took it to kill threshers and it cleared them all after about 30 minutes and me sitting behind a building, and it refused to evolve.

Can you give some proof for that?
By the way, does anyone consider Blight Phoenix to be a skill worth using?

Uh... Were you paying attention to the story at all, or did the people you coop'ed with rush through so fast you couldn't listen to dialogue?

I payed attention fine, but truth be told, it always came across as drilling for both.
I had 5 golden keys so I hit up the box four times. Rocket launcher, REALLY SHITTY GRENADES, REALLY SHITTY ARTIFATS, another moderately better rocket launcher.
wtf yo I got like a million goddamn rocket launchers out of the box, i don't want these pieces of shit.
