Did the GBP prices just chance buy a few quid for anyone else? Went from £19.99 to £21.61.
If i run Arma 2 on high/medium, will this run any slower?

Ah, didn't see that page, thanks.
Will my CPU work fine for ArmA III? And no, I'm not trying to bullshit anyone, I honestly would like to know if my CPU is fine or not because I don't know how to compare CPU recommendations and stats
(I can run Arma II+OA at the very highest settings perfectly fine, but sometimes it decides to take a shit right all over my computer and slow the fuck down for literally no reason which is why I ask)
Just asking again because I got no answer last time

All the prices went slightly up on the BI store, not just pounds

Those rock outcrops look really jarring against the satellite photo ground texture.

Yes obviously your PC will run it. I don't understand how people like you even get hold of your hardware.
[hd]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zUPHT-GOrPM[/hd]
Big deal. This is like going Hey look, I bought a windows PC last week, let me show you how it runs Duke Nukem 3D. 16Gb of Ram and a GTX Titan? If he couldn't run it then nothing could
With that said. I want to Sex up the Arma Devs
I asked in the last thread and some people said it will possibly will work but I am not sure, I even went over the Specs and it says that I can play it on low. But for some reason I am not convinced.
If someone can take to time and help me, could you tell me if I can run this on low and possibly what FPS?

I will buy it anyway because I want to get it while its cheap even if it doesn't work. I am planning on upgrading.
Any Person?

My dad built me this computer for christmas 2008, got it in Jan 2009.
Only upgraded the graphics card, originally was a GeForce 9800 GT
Just wanted to know though because ArmA II runs like horseshit for me sometimes and slows down everything randomly, thanks for the answer though

say what
Jesus 2gb of memory in your system with a 570 in it? Quite the bottleneck. Your GPU has the same amount of allocated VRAM as you do normally. Why would you invest so much while you skimp out on a upgrade that will pretty much increase performance by at least 50% and will cost you like $30? I don't get that at all.

Make sure when you guys get this, if you're unsure if you can run it, to really pack in some units and action. The island is small compared to the main one so performance is going to be far better than it will be on the main island

If you mean I should upgrade my RAM cards, I then agree, my ram sticks are pretty much dying on me and causing daily BSODs/slowdowns so I've been looking to upgrade to atleast 8 gigabytes I guess

I don't think the intention of the video was to brag. But rather to show off the game.

Probably low, maybe some settings on medium.

Well you spent the bare minimum on one of the absolutely most important components to a PC. Do yourself a favor and order at least 8gb of memory. It'll cost you $30 at most. 60$ if you're on a DDR2 system

Ah, Many thanks for the advice man. I was looking for new RAM sticks a few months ago when they started dying on me, found bunch that I bookmarked and they're pretty cheap in Sweden aswell for 8gb's

That is one legit looking landscape from the sky.
Is it bad I'm taking the day off college to stay up late and play this?

That's what I'm doing right now, I say go for it.
Same, same. Or well, the public transport system near my area is down so I can't even go. Hah. :v
Also, the stores down for me as well. I get database errors and what not. I want my ArmA 3 :'(
What a nice surprise to come home to from work. Arma 3 alpha here I come (in 4 freaking hours)
