These uniforms are from First Contact, they arent the best pictures they clearly show the same style and proportions. The EVA suits were first used in First Contact, then recycled for Voyager. That is probably why you thought it was from Voyager. It isn't.

I just realized, none of my BOFFs are Human
I've got 2 andorians, a Ferangi, a Cardassian, Romulan, Breen, a Borg (well the Borg could be human) Jem'Hadar, a Bajoran and a Bolian.
The Cardassian and Romulan were made using the Alien-Gen.
And my character is Betazoid

This gives me a reason to actually keep ships.
I hope they integrate BoFF's into the DoFF system where once you're an Admiral you can promote them to Captain and give them command of all the useless ships you have sitting around from when you levelled up and then send them on special missions for you.
I still would kill for the ability for a party to each be an officer on a single ship.
