Are you going to buy Portal 2 for PC, PS3 or Both?

PC, and if I can, 360. Either way I still get my Portal fill though.
Or you just fail at it. I finished portal with a controller, as did my friend.
Anyways. I'll be buying it for PC.
Or maybe hes just not used to a shitty controller.
When I go to my friends and play a Call of Duty game with him on the 360, I cant aim worth shit. He usually wins.
When I am using a mouse, my aim is instantly better, and so are my reactions.
PC, don't own a PS3 and uhh... Xbox? no.
ps3 since my pc cant handle that type of graphics. once i finish building my new pc then ill sell my ps3 copy and get the pc version on steam

THE Wii is for fat kids who want to lose weight and discovery that 3rd party games arent fun on THE Wii so they quit. THe Wii = fun for 10 minutes

Hey, you got something against chess?
PS3s are for rich kids who are in chess club
A:I'm not rich
B:I'm not in a chess club
C:I saved up for a few months to get one.
but yeah, with the steamworks integration, and them gunning for cross platform I'm buying for ps3
PC.
It's essentially an FPS, hence it should be played on PC.
Both if it's cross-platform so I can play coop with my bro.
Always choose PC. Everything is more awesome on PC, except when they aren't.
PC.
I don't have a PS3 :downs:
i'm proud
Dear god. This thread still lives?
PC. I don't have a PS3.
there's no 360 version?
There is but the OP decided not to mention it for some odd reason. Maybe because Microsoft needs to get their head out of the fucking ass. God damnit this is why i hate owning a 360.
How the fucking shit are they going to make a PS3 version? I have a hard enough time doing some levels on the PC!
and that six-axis (whatever its called) is a bitch to get used to...

Same way they did it the first time. It's all about getting used to the controller. I know a lot of people who complain about Keyboard + Mouse and a lot of people who hate analog controllers. Personally, I'm ambi-controller-lous. I can do well with both.

That's why Valve didn't use it, won't use it, and why very few developers use it anymore.
I'm getting both so my dad and I can co-op together
Considering that a lot of people here don't even have PS3, those 2 options that include it have a great disadvantage.
I would say that buying it for both is indeed a waste of money, because games are expensive and there's no fun in finishing the same game twice.

Not unless you are a big gamer on both and have friends on both sides of the fence. Plus I personally think Valve deserves double bucks. And that says quite a bit, considering the Geek Philosophy that I follow.
neither. when i saw portal 2, my milked franchise detector broke for how much milked franchise it detected. when episode 3 didnt get announced at e3, the detector went into the negative scale and broke attempting to comprehend how half life was not getting as milked as it deserved.
PC of course.
I prefer getting the PC version, because the PS3 never gets any updates. Look at this, http://tf2wiki.net/wiki/Differences_between_Xbox_360,_PS3_and_PC_versions.
Because an unupdated TF2 means that Portal 2 will also be unupdated. :downs:
Correct, so I recommend PC

If it supports Move controls I'll get it for both. Otherwise I'll just get it for PC.
If my computer wasn't a piece of shit I'd get it for the PC. I don't have a PS3 so I'll just get it for the 360. It'd be a nice break from the bitching 12 year olds on MW2 and BFBC2.
If you get it on PS3 you can get it on PC through steam cloud (and vice versa). Just like Macs. So, both.
No. Steam cloud = storing your saves and settings on a server, not ruining SONY's economics.
Pc. Mainly because I don't have a PS3.

Well your friends won't die if they don't play something with you. Portal doesn't even have a multiplayer so I guess your second argument doesn't work so well.
Even more outside of the US, where games are more expensive (about 100 dollars here when released)
PC, since I don't have a Mac, PS3 or a Xbox 360.
Remember back when Portal 2 was announced and a PS3 version was not immediately in the works? How people were in such a rage they said how they hate Valve and even if they did make it for PS3 they'd never buy it or anything Valve related again?
How many people you think will actually live up to their word? I don't think it'll be that many.
