though, it's in alpha, and they may have more time to add content, I think that this would be best for a DLC so they have time to implement it properly (like how they added weapon lights in OA), with new body armor models and stuff (since body armor used for male soldiers doesn't properly fit on females)
I would not mind there being female models in the game.
add female models, photorealistic graphics, perfect optimization, endless content, whatever i donT CARE

really it seems to be unpredictable, good systems seem to run it like shit and shit systems well
edit: for me there was no fps drop from moving into arma 3 and even with all the new graphical upgrades i can run it on high
I had to stop reading that thread, I was getting irritated and a headache. But I'm on my phone right now so I can't effectively shout at a bunch of sexist pricks.
I can't take Wasteland anymore. I was standing 10 feet from a guy and shot 20 bullets in to him and he didn't die. Then he turns around and kills me. So I respawn, go to the gun store, and buy a gun. A teammate then decides to shoot me in the head and when I asked why, he leaves! So I think I'm done with this game for a little. I know its an Alpha but I feel they should have waited a little longer until release because there is so many bugs.
Also, this happened to me when I was running after injured. Just a bug

Seriously though, Arma doesn't need that a stupid high fov. It's not a fast paced shooter like CoD or Quake, more distance based.

Also what's the bug? If it's the part where you stop running, that's actually a feature of being injured I think. Or, judging by the rushed heaving your guy is doing, fatigue. And come to think of it, injury probably raises fatigue.
had some real fun with a friend in a mission whipped up in 30 seconds flat
small town, 5+ civies playable, disable AI and next to each a basic weapons box
rules are to take a pistol and 2x 30rnd clips for it, fire a shot in the air and when the other person does, it begins.
real fucking intense fights ensue.
tomorrow I'm totes going to spend more than 30s on it and script starting pistols and random spawn locations + respawns and time limit

How come... on low I get 50fps... on medium I get 50fps... and wait for it... on high I get 50fps. Changing the view distance, vsync or anything for that matter will not alter the fps give or take 5 frames. Running a 3570k and 2x 7950s.
How many servers do you guys get in your server browser, I only get around 300~. And most of those are polish or russian servers.
I get this problem on almost every god damn server browser there is. What the shit is wrong with my internet?
I hope they fix the issue with trying to "eject" from the speedboats.
I agree at a certain speed it should hurt you, but my boat was stopped, then started turning when i jumped out, and my guy ragdolled and sunk to the ocean floor.
