I know I'll be buying it for the thrill of being hunted by dinosaurs more than getting to play as one. I'm sure there's a lot of other people that is going to do the same.

The beta won't be available until the end of this year at the earliest, so you have some time to scramble up some money until it's out for playing. It's only $20 so it's not like super expensive or anything.

Will the game be more than 20 dollars at release?
Nope. They're looking for a steam release which will be $20. No guarantees that it'll be available via Steam but that's what they're shooting for and it's what's most likely to happen.

Oh yeah the gameplay video is sure to be amazing. With the new UDK engine, everything is a lot nicer looking. Not to hate on Unigine or anything, but UDK suited the game's needs better.

I was about to donate, but stopped because I was wondering what would happen if the game is never finished and I don't receive my beta and preorder? Would I be compensated for that? I may sound like a dick because it's a donation but I'll be buying this when it nears release anyway and I figured I'd may as well by it now if it supports the team. Not keen on giving it to something that might fail though, as I don't have money to spend like that.

That's how I feel about it. If there is a beta I will, as there is a much higher chance of the game actually coming out.
