I haven't found that yet. no idea what level its on :v:
It's on a few. I know for sure it's on "Descent" on the Dexter Industries level, and Chinese New Year.
[t]http://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/938135151828090301/21D761FCE658BE7ECB2F2F48D50D4A6934BF4405/[/t] Oddly enough this is the only disguise I found that covers the face fully. And i was able to walk around everywhere without a problem.
It was nice of 47 to pop down to the plumbers van parked outside the tower, change into his suit and make his way back to the penthouse before ascending to the roof for the next level.
also - did 47 cut off his barcode? because it kind of showed that in a cutscene and i figured that was why he had a bloody bandaid on it. but then later the bloody was gone and you could still see the barcode. was he just covering it with a bandaid for no reason?? why was there a bloody piece of cotton under the bandaid? i am confused

If it's completely intact it might just be laziness.

He might of put a bandaid on it temporarily and cut it off later.
[img_thumb]http://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/577847181610470507/3F2D460F48BECDC0E3005A17517CD321BB8F0FB8/[/img_thumb] Encountered this the other day, went to fibrewire, and the nun got stuck in T-pose and the game just froze time, but nothing else broke I could still reset and move the camera, but not move myself.
That happened to me today too, but it was when I went to pull a guy off a ledge. He stayed up on the ledge in T-Pose and my face was stuck in his crotch. [editline]24th November 2012[/editline] wow why did I not screencap it, I'm an idiot
he cut a slit into the middle of the barcode I'm still not sure why, however
Maybe it's symbolic to say he's not ICA property anymore, if you cut a barcode in half it's hard to scan.
I love how theres multiple NPCs with full facemasks (balaclavas or welding masks so far) and 47 chooses not to wear them... It shows how shoehorned instinct really is.
I love how theres multiple NPCs with full facemasks (balaclavas or welding masks so far) and 47 chooses not to wear them... Blood Money was a lot of fun.
Blood Money was a lot of fun.
blood money was also a completely different game with completely different gameplay mechanics
okay i opened up to the more open 'choose how to kill your target' scenarios and i agree now there should have been more i guess playing this as your first hitman game isn't ideal to warm up to what the series is about
Blood Money was a lot of fun.
In Blood Money the levels were structured so that even having the ultimate disguise in that level still left you with the challenge of having to find the ideal way to take out your target without being noticed. In this, there's so many levels that involve you needing to get somewhere that it would be too easy if all you had to do was kill a stray guard and grab his ultimate disguise then casually walk out of the level.
All I'm saying is that the disguises in the game very obviously made to have those "ultimate" disguises, otherwise the designers wouldn't have put full facemasks on everything and everyone. Seems clear that they just changed direction late in development.
It'd be kind of stupid though since you could disguise as a masked enemy and just walk through the whole level normally. Boring

Seems clear that they just changed direction late in development.
The way I see it is they designed the characters in a realistic way (armed thugs shooting up a place are obviously going to cover their faces), then they had to make a gameplay design choice so you couldn't just walk through the levels with the ultimate disguise.
The game always bugs right before breaking hard. Contains a slight spoiler btw. And had to put in Youtube music since it somehow didn't record with sound.
One thing that I would like from this game is the OPTION for the old disguise system, like a toggle so people can replay the game with the old system.
Go ask IO to remake classic Hitman maps for Absolution in Contracts mode. I sent them an e-mail about it but haven't had a response. It will definitely be more of a viable consideration if many people ask them about it. Get friends to ask about it, too. ioi@ioi.dk I think 'A New Life' in Glacier 2 would be a great transition.
Why not mapping tools so we can make any levels we want.
Finished it. Enjoyed it thoroughly. Kinda wish [sp]Travis didn't die in a cutscene[/sp] but it's not a huge deal.
How much hair can 47 grow exactly? Besides his eyebrows, since promotional art of contracts/blood money, his facemap in this game, and ingame, it looks like he has 5 O'clock shadow.

Earlier a guy ripped his model from the sniper challenge, so i did a thing with his normals and his spec map and put it overtop the diffuse and it looks like he has a hairline with sort-of stubble on his head. Strange.
He keeps it shaven to stop himself from leaving DNA on the scene, I guess. [editline]25th November 2012[/editline] Or they lasered it.

Made a fairly difficult contract (I think) with a base payout of 305,000. 3-1710-920370-SPYD
On Blackwater Park, need to get into the hotel. Disguise myself and walk in through the side entrance and turn my back to a guard who's talking. He turns around and sees through my disguise. I didn't realise guards could see through the back of my head. [editline]25th November 2012[/editline] Also another thing [sp] At the end of Sledgehammer, 47 is shown to be walking away from the town and the church but then in the next mission, he's shown to have taken the funeral car. :I [/sp]
I really do hate the spotting in the game. And I wish they would have made some sort of mark for where land becomes trespassing or not. I hated it when I was on a mission and fucked up, simply by taking a step into a private area by accident.
How many points do you need to get Silent Assassin? I did a perfect run of the Terminus level but didn't get SA. Do you need to collect all evidence to get SA?
aren't you basically guaranteed to get it if you kill someone creatively without getting spotted?
