Hitman series Megathread - "Names are for friends, so i don't need one" - Games

Here's the popped collar suit to replace the drug dealer from the King of Chinatown level. Pop it in the Hitman Absolution folder, should be easy to figure out. [url]http://www.wuala.com/DrDean/backup/Popped%20Collar%20for%20Dealer.7z/[/url] I was experimenting with replacing the display icon, and while doing this I found out in one of the files that there was originally supposed to be a nun outfit. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be referring to the saints or the orphanage nuns, though.

Bought it, but seeing how holidays are at hand and after that finals I won't play it until later in January. Finally I'll be able to make better opinion on the game.

Oh GOD! I just completed Absolution and i just can't STAND not knowing [sp] if Victoria gets training or not. After that mass-murder stunt she pulled, i'd think she'd go for it. Imagine her starring in some missions or the Canadian spin-off game. Or, what if they made some Co-op missions? That'd be so great! That, and a female Hitman would be rather nice for variation.[/sp] Oh god the possibilities! That disguise isn't in the game, but it was in the files. Looks like it was cut. It's the outfit that the 3 targets wear.

27 bucks left...should I buy Hitman? seems kinda stupid to ask in such a biased place but yeah, should I buy this or save the money for later?

Yes please.

I'd say $25 is a perfect price for Absolution, but it depends on how much time you're going to put into it and if you like stealth games. [editline]20th December 2012[/editline] Don't buy the professional edition, by the way. At least not on Steam. You get digital copies of the behind the scenes things, which you may as well obtain via other means and get the exact same content. If it was a physical copy of the professional edition, that would be an exception. The DLC included is just some guns that you unlock near the end of the game anyway, so it's really not worth the money.

I decided to start downloading. It'll finish in about an hour. I think I might find some space to try it out sooner.

I decided to get it. From the videos, it looks alright I guess, didn't my Blood Money (played it on Xbox at the time more) And I got it from Simply Games for £12.99 (Steam Redeemable) rather than £15 direct from Steam, so not too shabby!

it's called splinter cell conviction... hell pretty much every splinter cell game from chaos theory and beyond has an awesome co op mode. sure it's a bit different and all, but considering hitman coop is never going to happen splinter cell is the next best thing.

to be honest nuns all look so fierce and homely i think hitman would fit right in wearing a nun outfit.

Just played for about 5 minutes, so all I can say is the game looks lovely and controls are pretty good.

i love all the little touches they added to the game like if you're peaking out of a corner to the left, hitman actually drops or tosses his pistol from his right hand to his left. it happens so fast it's hard to spot but it's there. much more preferable to his handgun inexplicably disappearing from his right hand and appearing in his left.
