I could never get SA in contracts. The AI in that game was just broken. If the AI could smell you, you had to reload your fucking save.
"Your cover has been blown"
That combination of words is now burned into my mind because of Contracts. Fuck the AI in that game forever.
What? That guard is carrying a gun? BOMB HIM.
Just got hitman 2 for nostalgia
holy fuck i don't remember it being this fucking hard to fiber wire one damn delivery boy
It might just be a beta thing they haven't yet put in, who knows. Doing that just seems a bit bizarre.
it would be logical if he had sniper rifle parts in his pockets instead of the whole rifle
"now where did I put that goddamn barrel?"
"now where did I put that goddamn barrel?"
in the anus, 47
that's where the scope goes

hitman can take it, he's a big boy.
he can take that giant battery powered one easy
Never played Hitman before, what should I do? Kill myself or buy a Hitman Game?
first option sounds nice if you do it with a chainsaw and record it.
but the preferable option would be to buy hitman 2... or blood money if you don't like sluggish controls of an old game.

Wow OK so I go on Steam and search for Hotman instead, wonder what's on my mind hmm...?

Aww look at that, I gifted myself Hitman: Blood Money, naww, I'm so nice aren't I.
Yeah totes.
you realize with the point shoot mechanic you don't just mark your target, you mark exactly where you want to shoot them right?
[editline]8th October 2012[/editline]
from what i've seen, point shooting is more like vats in fallout 3 and new vegas than it is the marking system in conviction.
My point still stands for me, an experienced PC gamer would be capable of pulling of two headshots in a quick fashion, thus the point shoot is just a slightly more inconvenient process of doing it.
P.S. I have this weird bug when I put on first person the game gets really bright.
Like now I was playing Murder of Crows and I pressed F1 and the only thing I could see was white and some shadows as green, and a shit ton of grain.
i don't like hitman 2 i dunno what it is.
i haven't even played it that much, i guess i should. i completed contracts not too long ago
EDIT: played hitman 2 now and now i remember why, AI is crazy and sneaking is snail mode
I remember in Hitman Contacts if you were to go into first person and point a gun at someone, they'll shoot on sight. Even with a disguise on. Meanwhile, with third person... they don't give a fuck.

two headshots? i thought we were talking 4+
try doing that in under a second or two, then your point stands.
in addition, because we're given an exact choice on where our shot lands i wouldn't be surprised if we could shoot guns out of people's hands.

also killing those targets with a piano...
it's all been done before. the streets of new orleans completely empty but full of bodies, sharks almost as big as the tank they're in, arrangements of bodies into words or funny positions, taking out every single target on the map with one movement...
i mean hitman forum has a picture of the day, or at least it used to, that was basically screens of that exact kind of shit.
maybe i'm completely desensitized to it but it's kind of like a child who drew a picture outside the lines of a coloring book page then posted it here for everyone to see. it's simply not amusing anymore.
back in the day with how fucking giant some of the missions in contracts and SA were i saw some pictures that made me question the existence of the OP's life...
DELETE THAT. I CANT STAND THAT FUCKING FIGURE ANYMORE. They are usign that thing at every convention and even were as bold as saying "We put this very special figure into our Professional edition because it represents the games so well".
It's like a inside joke that went worse than any joke before, it's a horrible comic figure of 47 that fits nothing remotely related to Hitman, they could have included Silverballers or something, but instead it's a shitty figure ahghghasghzhaegbfhafgvbsdbvifd skjöbhn asdhnoafnbüoanboüiaefdoöljbnadfnbjoladf
[editline]12th October 2012[/editline]
10 inch 47 figure. it sounds so great on paper. Then you see it :(
Anyone know of a good trainer for Blood Money? I'd like to experiment with different melee weapons on different levels and stuff like that.
uhm theres a dev menu built in with god mode and disguises and everything.

Oh, I had no idea that was a thing, thanks.

Actually, from what I read it's been disabled in the current patch. The "cheat enablers" also seem a bit shady but I could still try one of them at some point.
What current patch, that mode has worked always and I don't think there has been a patch in the last few months.
Has there been any word on how big the game is? (gameplay hours?)
Mate this is like Dishonored, you can get through it in 2 hours by just shootign everything, or spend 48 hours on a mission finding every detail.

Let me put it in this way then, how much content does it have? Dishonored in general is pretty short even though i am taking my time, i mean more in levels, modes, things to do, possible DLC/modding

Formatting posts the way Foodstuffs does, doesn't make them better.
Why should he care if it's been done before? Just because you've seen it doesn't mean that he's not allowed to post it.

1.2 is the latest patch, and I tried enabling the menu with no luck myself, so I imagine I'll have to use some kind of unlocker or some such thing.
EnableCheats works fine with the Steam and retail versions I have.

and you're honestly amused by something as fucking mundane as that.

I'm pretty sure that is foodstuffs.
Judging by the two Blue-ray disks that were in the Deluxe Edition reveal the game seem to be rather big... Unless one is the Making Of Hitman Absolution, and one is the actual game.
