Game doesn't run too bad for me 50-60fps. First mission has had the most fps hit so far dropping to 28 but the game still felt smooth. Personally I think it's symbolical act of leaving the Agency or some other shit. [/sp]

I currently only have a laptop, but it's "kind of" good, I can play most games on mid-high, and sniperchallenge flows for me but crashes sometimes. Will I be able to run the full thing?

So far, just in the first mission (Playing on Expert) I'm a bit upset about the disguise mechanic. Disguisess feel infitinitely less useful then in Blood Money, because who ever you're disguised as to gain access to an area usually is full of the same people who will see through it.

Without instinct it seems like you literally have to splinter cell the whole game

Remember people, purist surpasses any difficulty any of these games have ever had, it's not for the people who want to feel like the "old times". It's for masochists.

What would be a recommended difficulty to play on? If you want it to be like old hitman but don't want it to just be impossible and un fun

You can customize each difficulty, so I'd say any but purist and turn off all instinct things except for the one that allows you to hold your disguise. [editline]19th November 2012[/editline] I'm probably gonna keep point shooting though just so I can do badass stuff when I feel like it.

Fuck. This. Shit. Purist really [B]really[/B] doesn't joke around. Terminus Hotel is impossible on it, don't even try. I get to floor 8 just fine (read: after 20 tries) but that's when the problems start coming. Guards every 2 feet is not fun. I'll have to turn down the difficulty. 2hard4me.

That with the Silent Assassin difficullt disguises. Im going to love this game.

I can't wait to watch a legend get through the entire game in purist.

I would play on regular for the first time and later after i finished it play it again on a higher difficult

I'm sure I'll find some way after starting a massacre several times like with China town.

I'll be getting this for Christmas. And so the waiting game begins.

I think, if it actually works (haven't played myself), that a minor screw-up won't ruin EVERYTHING again like it did in previous games.
